The front desk staff was so unprofessional. I had a gift card from my husband from the spa side (where he walked in.) It did not work on the "other side" - the (right entrance). I had a credit from the "other side." Who knew that 1) the two sides of the business do not use each other's forms of payment and 2) they have two different reservation system for the same services on two different sides of the building and I was to know "who I spoke too" and "how I booked my appointment." (I showed them my phone call log and the text sent to me from the spa side to make a reservation. Though I was told they share the same phone numbers.) Even typing this complicates me further. The entire transaction before and after the treatment was so appalling. And the way they treated me. I will use this in training across the US on how a few simple poorly handled customer service transactions can cost you thousands of dollars. As after this fiasco I cancelled my next procedure with a doctor that was quiet expensive. read more

I'd give Dr. Manisundaram zero stars if possible. Just look at the results. One implant is extremely high, and the other is low and under my armpit. He refuses a second revision or partial refund for this botched breast augmentation with implants. The original surgery took place less than a year ago. Choose another surgeon! read more

I had a procedure done by Dr. Shelby Brantley on August 2016 and another in January 2018. From the consultation, the day of the surgery, and follow-ups, he and his staff made certain I felt genuinely cared for and safe. Dr. Brantley has a wonderful bedside manner and makes every visit enjoyable. He and his sweet staff are always just a phone call or email away. Any questions (no matter how silly) I had before and after the surgery were always answered promptly no matter how busy they were. I would highly recommend the Face and Body Center as the entire staff makes sure you are comfortable and at ease from the moment you enter the building until the moment you leave. read more

The one star is for the business end of The Face & Body Center. Dr. Adrian Smith is excellent and has a fine bedside manner. He did a fantastic job on my wife's lip. However, the business side of the clinic is very shady. First clue was that they could not tell us how much the cost would be for a mole removal. That way we could know what to expect after insurance. But they left this amount out so they could not be held to a simple price. The final total came out to be much higher than we were lead to believe Now we are dealing with billing. We paid the required $200 the day of the procedure. That was the only time we ever made any payment to this clinic. At this point we have received three separate bills: doctor, lab, and facility. On none of these has the $200 been applied. However, a $34 payment did show, but we have never made a payment of that amount. My wife has made one call to billing at this point, with more to come. She was told that the $200 would be applied to the facility bill, yet it was not. But the $34 payment was on that bill for some reason. The person in billing that my wife talked to got rather rude and was not helpful in the least. This person blamed others in the clinic and took no responsibility for the actions of the business they represented. Update: At this point the matter is settled. We spoke with a rather pleasant person in billing who explained why the $200 payment was not appearing on the bill. Apparently zeroed out line items drop off the bill. This is very confusing for the customer as their payments will not always appear on the bill. Again, this is not a poor review of the clinic itself or Dr. Adrian Smith. This is a poor review of the billing practices they use. read more

My nipples were moved; I no longer have feeling or sensation in them and the area around one of them was not "stitched" together properly so it's like it has a little hole or gape in it. I can't even happily wear bras now but I have to find a certain type because of my side boob/fat as bras will inch up from the bottom and depending on what kind of shirt I'm wearing, it's very easy to see all the flab hanging from under my arms. That's too much for the correct size bra I wear so it has nowhere to go. I've gone to different stores for bra fittings and they have difficulty finding something that will work for me as well. So ultimately, I wish I had requested the older, more experienced surgeon or better yet, did more research. They do have great reviews and yes, every surgery isn't going to be perfect. But I expected more from this. The follow up was minimal, too.

I came to this office after switching employer insurance. If you're considering this dentist, I…read morestrongly recommend doing thorough research beforehand--I wish I had. Initially, I had a positive experience. They had plenty of availability and got me in quickly. At my first visit for a consult and cleaning, they offered to fix a cavity on the spot, which I appreciated. However, after completing their treatment plan, I began experiencing pain and discomfort in one of the fillings they had done. I returned to have it adjusted, but two months later, the same filling broke while I was eating. When I went back in pain, they informed me that the tooth was fractured and would likely need a root canal. Instead of addressing the infection risk, they decided to place a crown first to see if a root canal could be avoided. They put on a temporary crown but did not prescribe antibiotics. Within 48 hours, I developed an abscess that spread up my gumline, landing me in the ER for emergency oral surgery to remove the tooth. I sincerely believe the staff are good people, but I didn't feel the level of care was as intentional as it should have been. At the very least, prescribing antibiotics could have prevented my infection from worsening, saving me unnecessary pain and medical expenses. Now, I've spent $500 on a crown I can't use, plus the cost of an ER visit, emergency surgery, and post-op care. If you can avoid coming here, I strongly recommend doing so. If you're someone they choose to prioritize, you might have a better experience--but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

Dr. Shelby Brantley is a GODSEND!! He pinned my ears back and did my rhinoplasty and I couldn't be happier with the results! He was very professional and kind throughout the whole process. I explained to him what I wanted and he listened. There were a few things that he suggested I might want to do differently to get a better result and thoroughly explained why but he assured me that it was ultimately my choice. I am SO glad I took the suggestions because he really does know what's best. If you're considering anywhere else, DON'T! The Face and Body Center is #1! I had a breast reduction in August 2019 and it did not go well. When I came in to meet with Dr. Davidson I immediately knew he would do a better job with my revision. Boy. Was. I. Right. I am so relieved to see that he was able to fix everything that I had concerns about. I didn't realize how the first surgery had affected me so negatively.
