Some sound barriers, acoustic panels, or better room separation would make a huge difference. I also wish the store had a clearer focus. They seem to be trying to do a little bit of everything, but some areas feel underdeveloped. They are not really a strong destination for comics; the miniature painting supplies are limited, the other items need better category separation, and the TTRPG offerings could be stronger. Their Sunday D&D one-shots also sell out quickly, and they have in-store gaming waiting lists, which shows there is demand, but not enough space or availability. Pricing can also be on the high side for certain items compared to other options. The store is expanding, which could be a great opportunity. However, I hope the expansion improves the actual play experiences and gives more attention to TTRPG events, sound control, and product focus. More space alone will not solve the issue if the store continues trying to cover too many categories without doing any one of them especially well.

They also have some that are on like a clearance type shelf. They sell different mini figures including make your own. They offer camps and classes. You can host a birthday party there as well. There are plushy, puzzles, and puppets. You get the idea. And to top it off, there's a very friendly lady there to help sort it all out for you. The only drawback to the store is that the building is old and not ADA compliant. The entry is via very steep stairs and no landing. It's kind of scary and I'm glad there are handrails. For those with mobility issues, don't worry, as there is in-store pick up, local delivery, and US shipping.

I'm a sucker for a toy store that sports creative and educational toys. Nine times out of ten I walk out with a purchase either for myself or the kiddos in my life. This visit was no exception. We ended up purchasing these fun stickers that convert a cardboard box into a car (they also had versions that create a mini play kitchen - how fun?!). The shop was filled with educational items - engineering, arts/creative, invention toolkits, art history, etc. They also have a small section in the front with quirky items like a mustached baby pacifier. My only reason for holding back on the fifth star was that some of the tchotchke style items seemed overpriced to a point that I couldn't justify spending more for local - for example $17 sunglasses for kiddos.

The selection is pitiful, almost all of the games are getting sunbleached every single day because the store has them all displayed near the front window with the sunlight pouring through, yet they still want top price charting value for the rarer stuff. This store either needs to act like they care about their inventory, or just clearance off their video games if they can't be bothered with them any more. I also don't get the impression that the staff doesn't know anything about these games except what they sell for on ebay.
