I believe there's another location in the Beavercreek mall. This location is much larger and has much more to offer in terms of variety. There's everything here: puzzles, board games, card games, logic puzzles, and more! All of the products are arranged in an aesthetically pleasing manner. This store is very neat and organized, and there's so much to look at! My favorite area is the front right, where they've currently got the logic puzzles. I'll admit, I buy most, if not all of my puzzles online... But now that I know there's a local store, I'll come here instead. I'd much rather support this business. The singles in the case weren't really catching my eye but I had a fun time there looking through bulk cards with my mom. The comic book, hero clicks, and action figures seemed a bit all over the place, but it was all labeled. The man running the store was nice and helpful, he priced all the cards for me and it was a little more than I was hoping but I'll be coming back again.

Bell serves all the right purposes: they sell comic singles, collections and books; they sell gaming cards and accessories, board games, novelties, snacks, and even have a selection of fantasy and scifi books which I consider a bonus in a comic shop. Did I mention the dedicated gaming space? The greater Dayton area is blessed with a lot of shops of this nature but they all have various strengths and weaknesses. Bell has a certain homey feeling that not all the shops around here can replicate. Although I love Maverick's, and I'm fond of Epic Loot, Bell has become my comic stop of choice on Fridays after work (since they stay open late on that day!). I read the other reviews on Yelp and I can understand why some people aren't entirely satisfied, but this shop does everything I need it to, and often does more. Someone mentioned that John is sometimes less than approachable. To that I would say that he is one of a small handful of staff members, and it's entirely likely that he has his stressed out days just like anyone else. I've never seen him be outright rude to a customer. Hell, one night as a teenager I wandered in there after they closed because I didn't see the sign, I misheard him when he said they were closed, and despite my stupidly barging in he let me browse anyway without any trouble. No shop can be everything to everyone. For me though, this one is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

This is a great store for paper crafting and crafting in general. Also for picking out the perfect paper or stationary. The weight of paper matters and we bought what was supposed to be heavy cardstock at walmart and it was cheap and flimsy. Sign up for coupons and sales. If you have a dorothy lane savings card they give a discount.. often without having it with me. The owner goes around and puts sale stickers on random items ... only the ones with the sticker are on sale. So the same thing wont be on sale unless it has the sticker. Support our local stores ...they are becoming rare and that is sad.
