I went to Cosmo after looking on their website and liking the quality of the nails in the pictures posted. I brought an inspo picture for help. I requested sort almond shape nails, with thin black lines. The shape of the nail was too wide. The design looked like I did it myself with a sharpie marker. I don't know if what I requested was too difficult or something, but the nails looked awful. I would have preferred the guy tell me he can't do what I requested and just picked a solid color. My gel nails started to chip after 2 DAYS! On the 7th day, several of them chipped. Mt pedicure wasn't that great either. Why does the polish look like this on my big toe? Also, I asked for opaque white and they didn't have it. The guy kept trying to give me a clear pink or a solid white. I went nude instead. I came here for a gel with acrylic fill-in manicure. No appointment, just as a walk-in. The tech did not speak English so the communication was abysmal. Long story short, I ended up having an expensive $$$$, rough and painful experience that took forever. Nails were lumpy and cartoonish with bare spots and paint on surrounding skin. Acrylic started lifting next morning post shower; cuticles and nail beds sore from rough treatment. After pain subsided (48 hrs), I removed the manicure at home and went someplace else. read more

Got a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was painful. Didn't even get a massage that is included in every other nail salon for a basic pedicure. I told the technician that I didn't want the chrome because it was too expensive. And just use the same color on my fingernails as they did my toes. When my fingernails were getting done, I was looking up at the TV to watch and he put chrome on my nails. He didn't listen even after saying two times I just wanted to match my toes. So I was charged an extra $23 on the service. I said I did not want. The place is dirty and full of nail dust. It's cluttered and it just seems unclean as soon as you walk in there. The good: Jason was able to fit me in with a same day appointment for an SNS manicure, and was very friendly and accommodating. My nails were shaped perfectly and truly did look really nice. The bad: he didn't use the base powder that other salons use for SNS, and within 3 days, one nail was broken and several others were lifting. I live an hour away and am not able to return to get them fixed. A waste of $55, plus whatever it will cost to have them removed at a salon closer to me. read more

So- months later, I have spent appointment time, money and prescriptions to get rid of the fungus. People beware! I just left here, and I'll absolutely be back. Jenny helped me today--she did both my nails and waxed my brows. The salon is clean, modern looking, and everyone is friendly. Immediately after my last review posted, Jason reached out and invited me to return and for a SNS on them. However, due to my schedule, I couldn't get back in until May 3rd. On May 3rd, Jason got me in last minute after I had a shift in my schedule and I'm so glad he did. Lia is no longer at Cosmo Nails and Linda worked on my nails. Before I even get to my nails, I want to shout out Linda! She was so sweet and we ended up talking about Mother's Day while I was with her and it just made me so excited to see my mom for the holiday. Overall, she really made me comfortable and at home (which is something I didn't even know I needed that day) and I hope to book all my appointments with her in the future. In regard to her work, Linda did an EXCELLENT job. It's been about a week since I got everything done and it still looks as brand new as the first day! A major perk is that the bottoms of my feet are still as soft as when I walked out of Cosmo Nails despite rocking heels, Birkenstock's, and flip flops for the last week. Overall, I'm so thankful that I got the opportunity to go back and give Cosmo Nails another try. I scheduled an appointment to get a regular pedicure done. This place is by my house so I figured id try it out- once I got there I was greeted and told to sign a waiver and pick a color. I had a guy do my nails and he was EXTREMELY nice. He was a tad too gentle for my liking but he was so sweet and polite. My review is low because once my gentle pedicure was finished, I was not given any indication on how to dry my freshly painted nails. I asked if they had a fan or dry spray and he replied no. He watched me wafted my nails dry which was awkward. I could have painted my nails like this at home and not have to spend $29, its also cheaper most other places. Will not be coming back here. Perhaps invest in drying spray so clients will not risk ruining what they had paid for read more

Went the day before Thanksgiving -- called ahead first -- and although the salon was very busy, they were able to take care of me shortly after arriving. I did the champagne and rose pedi spa -- it was so worth it and def got me in the wedding party mood (glass of champagne and all) as my cousin was getting married the follow Saturday of Thanksgiving. It's now about a week and a half out and besides normal nail growth, my nails and the designs on my middle and ring fingers still look as good as they did leaving the salon. I had a horrible experience. I came for my birthday to get my nails done and when my nails were drying Jason went outside and smoked weed and then came back. This made me very uncomfortable. When I came back to get the gel taken off I was treated with aggression, and my nails were scratched and chipped. My cousins also came with me and the lady that did their nails was barefoot. This made them very uncomfortable because her toenails were very long and they we touching my cousins feet. She also got nail polish all over my cousins finger and did a horrible job. After a horrible experience at Luxury nails my sister and I came here to get our nails done and had a fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in they took us back and offered us drinks. We were sat next to each other and even though they were supposed to close at 5 and had been swamped all day they did our nails and made them look great. I love this Nail Salon! Not only are Jenny and Jason wonderful people, their staff are also great! It is new and very clean with modern decor but still comfortable, especially their chairs! I have never had one bad experience for any manicure or pedicure. They also turned me on to doing nail dip instead of gel and it was a great recommendation. My nails are healthy, strong and the manicure lasts for at least three weeks (or until you want a color change because of nail growth). Highly recommend you check it out! This was an unbelievable experience and not in a good way. I got dip powder nails A WEEK AGO before I went on vacation. Nail tech assured me they would last AND were strong despite my concerns with the nail being too thin. Two have already broken and two others completely fell off. Manager apparently wasn't there and the front desk person wouldn't do anything for me other than 'fixing the ones that broke', not even the ones that'd fallen off! I've NEVER had such poor quality on my nails or experienced such disastrous customer service. These nails were a birthday present and this salon's quality and treatment towards their customers will not only assure I will never spend my money there again, but I will recommend people away from here as often as possible. The front desk person was unsympathetic and didn't seem to care. I'm extremely upset. This is NOT how you keep business. read more

I am from Florida and needed a fill. I went and saw Jason. I got the most expensive fill I have ever paid for in all of my years of having my nails done. $ 50.00. It took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I figured Jason didn't know me and just wanted to make sure he was compensated. I tipped him $ 13.00 and left. I can afford an overpriced fill on the road. Three hours later one of my nails broke. Maybe I should have saved myself some time and money and just paid the shops $ 45.00 for a new set! Here I sit, once again at Cosmo's waiting for a nail repair! I was quoted 45 minutes but no charge. Would I recommend Cosmo's? Let's see how long I wait for the repair and how long my fill actually lasts! read more

Beyond friendly staff. Really good experience but unfortunately not for my nails. I got dip powder before my vacation and it was chipping off 3 days in. I went back and they redid them for free which was so nice--when the nail tech took off the remainder before redoing them, he literally peeled them off like they were stick ons. No pain at all. When he redid them, I was confident they would last but once again started chipping off on the edges within the week. Never had this happen at any other salon. read more
