Absolutely not what I expected! First thing first, they are the kindest most professional people that I met in the area, the place was very clean and sanitary and nice. There were a lot of color options and spa services, however, the charge for every service that should be included in the pedicure and full set.... But, I guess the prices are the prices. I was extremely satisfied with the pedicure services that I received but I was a bit taken back with my full set, my nail polish seems blotchy and the designed seemed messy and unfinished and I paid a good penny for these services just to have to get a redo elsewhere.

I've been here at least 4 times in the past 5 months. They are clean, very efficient & friendly. Kimmy & her husband do a great job running the place! And Kimmy does fantastic nails! They also give complimentary wine!

I would love to love this place since it is in such a convenient location for me. I have gotten my nails done here twice - once before my wedding and once before a trip - the regular polish holds up just as well as a typical salon, but I have had issues with the gel polish both times. Before my wedding, the gel nail polish on my toe chipped on the third day after getting my nails done (the finger nails were fine). However, the second issue was much worse. The gel nail polish on my finger nails completely discolored within a few days of getting them done (see pictures - it progressively got worse throughout the trip). I was really disappointed to see this, especially since I paid ~$100 for gel finger nails and regular toe nails. Everyone is reasonably friendly here, but proceed with caution if you are getting your nails done for a special occasion.

My friend and I called to check if they had availability for 2 manipedi. They took us in immediately. I loved the menu for the different pedis. It's based on different cocktails, they have many options! I went for the Pina Colada one and it was awesome. Got a manicure with very sparkly nail polish, I loved it!! The woman that did my nails was super careful and made sure they were perfectly dry before I left. She did two base coats, the sparkles, a top coat, and a dry spray. Place is open and nicely decorated. They have many options for nail polish! The girls beside me were getting powder and the other acrylics.

I've been coming here regularly for almost a year and I absolutely love it, so I was surprised that 1) I hadn't reviewed it yet and 2) there were so many less than stellar reviews. I absolutely love Inspire. The staff is always super friendly, and every nail tech I've had has done a great job, specifically Jade! I've never had to wait more than ten or fifteen minutes past my appointment times, and I consider that fast for a busy nail salon. If you absolutely hate waiting, the best time to come is during the day, but I come after work often and it's no issue. Their pedicures are amazing and always leave you feeling like it was worth the money. I've gotten regular polish, gel manicures, and full sets here and it always turns out great. Love this place, it's my favorite nail salon in the city!

Terrible pedicure experience - tech painted my cuticle on every toe. This is gel, so not easy to fix. I will not be back.

Welp! I guess this is my first ever 3-star review. I called a few days ahead to make an appointment for myself and my friend. Two manicures - one gel and one regular polish. We arrived at about 5:25pm for a 5:30pm appointment. Inside the waiting area was VERY crowded - not totally unexpected for a Friday evening. There was no one working the front desk and it was pretty unclear what the check in process was since we had never been here before. After standing around for about 5 minutes, we realized there was a tablet at the front desk. I entered the information as prompted and we began to wait. About 20 minutes goes by until we are finally addressed by a staff member. I tell him we have an appointment for 5:30pm and give him my name. He asks again what services we're getting done so I remind him. He says he's waiting for two chairs to open up next to each other before he seats us. I appreciate him not wanting to split us up since my friend and I had a lot of catching up to do but I was very confused about what the point of making an appointment was if the chairs were not going to be set aside for us in advance. We ended up being seated at 6:05pm. Over the course of this wait, my friend was asked maybe 5 or 6 times what service she was getting done and each time being asked if she wanted gel - which she is not a fan of. She was asked this so many times that at one point we just looked at each other and started laughing - it was actually pretty comical! The manicures ended up taking less time than the actual wait - about 20 minutes for the both of us. My friend was not happy with her manicure and I could see why - the polish job was pretty sloppy and several parts of her cuticle still had polish on it. The nail tech obliged to a quick touch up per my friend's request. I was fairly happy with my manicure and liked the color but I knew I wanted to wait to write this review to see how well it would hold up. I got the manicure on July 30th and am writing this review on August 13th - exactly two weeks later. All of the gel polish has peeled off. It would be one thing if it chipped - I am fairly hard on my nails - but it's clear to me that either the polish or the dryer used was not good quality. It's very hard to find a solid nail salon in Baltimore that uses quality materials and has a staff that respects your time. It looks like Inspire Nails is no different, unfortunately.

Kimmy Always Gets Me Right! Love It! I Never Know What I Want And She Always Brings My Nails To Life Once We Decide.

Friendly people and seemingly clean environment. I had an appointment for a pedicure with white polish and it came out so bad. The polish was streaky, messy and had little bubbles on my nails, even after fully drying. My nail tech seemed satisfied with the way my pedicure turned out but we had a major language barrier so I didn't bother and just left but if simple polish looks like this, I will not be returning for this or any other service.

I came in as a walk in on a Friday afternoon. Mina was my nail tech and she did a lovely job. I requested she reshape my nails to almond which previously were slightly more shaped stiletto. I kept it simple and did not request a design but she filled my nails well and colored them perfectly. My nails overall feel more sturdy and the shape is exactly what I hoped for. I paid $55 for a fill with gel polish and reshape. It is is higher than what I pay for at home but the quality and good service were provided.

I am so happy to have found a beautiful, spacious, COVID-conscious nail salon in my new neighborhood. Can I say, one of the things I have been put off by, but have adjusted to, with COVID safety measures is nail salons who won't properly invest in upgrading their salon to be COVID safe and maintain the previous ambiance. Too many salons have made cheap modifications by adding clear shower curtains... this is the tackiest look ever! Well friends, this salon is a true nail spa. The customer service is exceptional. They are warm, welcoming, and grateful for your business. They take their time with you, are accommodating, and quite attentive to detail. They offer a range of prices, with the lowest pedicure being only $35! Wow! I got the Long Island pedicure, which includes a seemingly authentic honey scrub and callous removal. I still smell like honey and my feet are as soft as silk! Yummy! Also, they feature a courtesy wine and champagne bar and water to accent your delightful experience! This will surely be my new nail salon, and I recommend you try it, too

Went back today and had Mina do my nails. I had let my nails grow a bit too long with gel and had several broken nails. She advised me to do the dip polish and I totally get why. My nails feel stronger than ever and I can finally flaunt some length without worrying as much about breakage. The salon is clean and the service is good which is what keeps me coming back despite the expense!

I was a little thrown off by the comfort of the massage therapist though. She had on casual, everyday clothes rather than a traditional massage therapist's attire and wasn't very personal. She did a great job, except that I wound up in more pain upon leaving. I may have been tense during the massage as it was a bit chilly in the massage room...

He doesn't know anything about spas or pricing, so he called over to the four seasons. All they had available was a 20 min hydrofacial (bc it's a busy day, duh). The issue is that they charged THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS (yes, you read that right - $375) for a 20-MINUTE hydrofacial. Aka someone rubbed lotion on my face for 13 minutes. when I inquired about this very exorbitant bill, they said - this was the price agreed upon via email, according to our dynamic pricing. (In a very rude, snide tone, with a fake smile). I called my husband who said - yes, I agreed to that, but I was told you would have access to very nice amenities for several hours. LOL! Very nice? Yes, I know the four seasons name SHOULD have very nice amenities. This locker room was so small and so crowded that I couldn't even walk 1 step without bumping into someone. The person giving us a tour kept apologizing for how messy it was ("sorry, it's a really busy weekend for us") - no towels out, etc. there is a small hot tub - sorry, that's not exactly novel. There are two lounging areas. One with three chairs that look out onto... nothing, just a window with frosted glass that you can't see through. Six lounging chairs, and one small table outside that does have a nice view. (This is the only view in the entire spa). They have a small sauna room also. Nothing out of the ordinary, and not up to expectations for what is supposed to be a four seasons spa. On top of that, every single person in that spa was sitting/lying scrolling on their phones. In what world are phones allowed in a spa, let alone in a "clothing optional" hot tub room??! So I paid four hundred dollars for 13 mins of a facial massage (which WAS nice) and then sat outside at a random table for an hour. left quickly because there wasn't anything else to do to kill time. I just cannot believe that a place can charge that much for a service. Totally inappropriate, waste of money, do not recommend.

My favorite part is the vitality pool, heated stone chairs, sauna, and lounge. It was great to relax with those amenities. Everything was extremely clean. The vitality pool/sauna area is separated by gender and clothing optional. However, phones are allowed, and while it is fine to have one in a robe pocket, phones should not be out when others are around, especially in an area like that. But that is allowed, so be wary. Our massages were fine, but nothing we would rush back to or pay for again. I'd want to try a body scrub or wrap, my typical spa service. I'd also love to visit in warmer weather and use the outdoor pool. I am very much looking forward to returning.
