I REGRET choosing Cosmopolitan Contouring for microneedling services. First, the technician's unprofessionalism made me uncomfortable as she repeatedly referred to me as "Huns", please refer to your client by their name. Second, I was surprised to find out they didn't use numbing cream unless it's requested beforehand, making the procedure more painful. Additionally, the technical handed me a wet towel to wipe my face before starting the procedure, the use of a wet towelette for cleaning seemed insufficient, and the lack of instruction to wash my face beforehand was concerning. The technician's severely blemished skin raised doubts about her expertise, either she doesn't prioritize skincare or lack adequate experience in doing skincare procedures. Despite purchasing a 3-session package, I only completed one session due to skin damage. Instead of achieving a smoother complexion, I was left with visible needle imprints on my forehead for about 6 weeks (see pictures). This extended healing time was far from the typical 1-2 weeks, causing me to request a refund for the remaining sessions. I consulted few other spa in the area post treatment and they all advised that the imprints on my face was a result of incorrect application, NOT allergy because it only happened on my forehead and not the entire face. I communicated this to the business but their disregard to my comment is concerning as they are trying to cover up their business/reputation rather than taking constructive feedback and improve their business/procedures. I advise others to steer clear of this establishment for skincare services, as their lack of expertise may result in skin damage. They were pressuring me to stop by for a second time in person mostly to remove my yelp review which made me feel uncomfortable. read more

While the office is very nice, I feel like I was very misled and spent so much money for nothing. Cool sculpting is approved by the FDA, but I'm not sure it should be. The side effects they disclose are minimized. I went on Facebook and joined a few groups and was horrified to see all the PAH. I experienced Bell's palsy following my second procedure. And it didn't work. No results. I wish they had some type of money back guarentee because there should be. I wasted so much money for something that did not work.
