It's really frustrating to get this if your a non-german speaker, the call center will just hang up on you. They don't even forward your call to any one who can communicate well. This happened to me several times already. One time we were in the autobahn waiting for 5 hours in the dead heat, another instance I need to wait for 6 hours to for them to show up. Other ADAC in other countries are ok, specially in Czech, our car stop in the hotel and they follow through updating us every time. Now I'm waiting for them to just jump start my car, and been waiting here 4 hours. Missed all my appointment for the day.

However, I had a hankering for Vegemite and was thrilled to hear about this store. Unfortunately, I was in for a big disappointment. Not because of the prices I fully expected to pay 10 euros for a jar. It was all down to the appalling customer service. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect amazing service but what I definitely wasn't expecting was the rudeness of the person working there. She behaved like the customers were intruding in her home and when I asked for a bag for my purchases (I may have indulged in more than just the Vegemite by this stage!), the woman actually glared at me and begrudgingly threw one in my direction. Then there was the store itself. The store was absolutely silent like a library. There are signs in the shop 'Don't eat inside', No talking on cell phones. Which I guess may have some validity but for me personally it just seemed unwelcoming and controlling. I have to say that is not really in keeping with the laid back attitude I grew up with. I gave this store a chance but have to say I will NEVER be returning. P.S. The one star is for the Vegemite! ;P
