I stopped going to Cosmos months ago. My last visit ended up with me cancelling my order and walking out after trying to deal with some ridiculously rude and uptight person behind the counter. Customer service fail. Good bye. Prices are outrageous. Service is terrible and they act like they're doing you a favor. Toss and Sauce or Cherry Village will treat you kindly, food is way better, and charge a fair price. My husband and I order for Cosmos at least once a week. It's our favorite Pizza in this area by a landslide! Their delivery is always quick, and food comes out perfect every time. Only thing I'd add is that I wish they would add meatball for their Pizza again! read more

I placed an online order for pick up. when I got there to pick up the order the girl working the counter told me the wrong order 2 times, and then told me it would be 10 more minutes. she told me when my order was ready. I took my order home and when I got home, one of my meals was missing. when I called the girl that answered the phone said yes your meal is still here, and I can either issue you a refund or you can come back and pick it up. I told her I wanted it delivered, and I wanted a new one made because I shouldn't get a cold meal. she told me they are short staffed and if it gets delivered she can't tell me when because there were 12 delivery orders ahead of me. I told her that it wasn't fair that I was going to have to wait when they made the mistake, and asked to speak to the manager. She then told me that there is no manager on until tomorrow , and they actually don't actually have a manager right now, and it would be the owner I could call to speak with tomorrow. I asked for the owner to call me tomorrow, and for a refund on the meal. read more

"Once" was our favorite local pizza joint. Rarely had a disappointing meal over 12 years. But now the new world is here and we all must pay more for everything. We just paid $52.00 for a regular Roast Beef sandwich dinner ( means add fries) and a large Calzone. If your concerned about Covid find another place to get your takeout. When I walked in only one employee was wearing a mask. The girl at the counter saw that I had a mask and pulled hers up. The girl next to her had no mask at all and walked to the back of the food prep area. The gentleman taking the pizza out of the oven had is mask hanging from one ear and put it on when he saw me. The delivery guy had no mask, one of the people in the food prep area had no mask. That's just the Covid part of sanitary, two people with beards had no beard nets and nobody was wearing hair nets or hats, I saw no gloves anywhere. I've ordered from Cosmos off and on for many years.. it's definitely not consistent with getting good meals. You spend good money and get nothing but disappointments. I just ordered two cheeseburger dinners with onion rings for my daughter and I today... the rolls were saturated in grease so it was a disgusting mess trying to hold. The burger was definitely not cooked through and the onion rings were still cold and the batter was barely crunchy. It was just horrible. We threw it all away. $32 in the trash. Just OK overpriced. The cheeseburger dinner was like $8 and came with one small burger. A local competitor gives 2 burger and a salad AND it's cheaper. The fries were like chocolate brown and burnt. Best Local Pizza. Friendly upbeat staff. Family-run. Moderately soft crust pizza, also great subs, plain and toasted. The eggplant pizza is great with lightly breaded eggplant pieces. Also, their sauce stands up to the no-cheese pizza ---add mushrooms and ham and its a great lower cal meal. My favorite alternate to their pizza is their grilled chicken salad ---really fresh and the chicken is tender. Cosmos is our staple for Friday night pizza. read more
