Wannakee was very patient with me, and allowed me to take home as many samples as I wanted. I found the prices to be reasonable and the selection great. They will help you with deciding how much to order based upon square footage. Note, since the tile is ordered, if you end up with too much, you're stuck with it. The overage cannot be returned, as it can with stores that carry tile in stock. The showroom is beautiful with good ideas to think about. They also have kitchen / bathroom faucets, sinks, granite, marble, and other home renovation products.

They stained it to match the cabinets, after I told the installer I wanted dark floors. They never finished grouting the bathroom floor and took the grout so I couldn't finish it. As the years have gone by, I've realized they only put one coat of poly in the floor, not two. I've been disappointed for years. Today, I found the original receipt and they sold me 1131 sf of flooring with a note that there is 5% for waste. The problem is, the new contractor who measured says there is only 800sf downstairs. That's 331 sf extra that I never got. It's almost $1000 over what I should have been charged! This whole thing was a scam from the start!

Adam Floyd is the owner and gave me a warm welcome, even though I did not have an appointment. He spent time showing me different options for bookcases and made a sketch on the spot to show us his idea for our very large blank wall. We scheduled a time for Adam to come over to the house to take a look at the space. He was able to design a bookcase that went along with the existing cabinets in the house. He suggested adding a desk with drawers and that was an excellent suggestion because we had not thought about the need for a desk. Adam was aware that we did not want to spend a fortune and was able to come up with a very affordable design. The timeline for all of this was very quick. Even with the Christmas/New Year's holidays, I think everything was designed, ordered and installed in about two or three weeks. Once the materials were in, the bookcase was built in one day. My husband was skeptical about the need for custom bookcases. I told him he would love it in the end and he does! Once we had the install done, we decided to make one more change and the installers were flexible with us and accommodated the change within a few weeks!
