The workouts are constantly changing, offering tons of variety, and the trainers provide excellent demonstrations to ensure everyone knows what they're doing. What really sets this gym apart is how they hold their members to a higher standard--pushing us to always do better, and be better (both in and out of the gym). That mindset aligns perfectly with my own values, so showing up on time, and giving 100% effort on the gym floor is never a challenge--it's a privilege. Very clean, 95% women client, boutique circuit club (as can be inferred from website pics, or any…read morefree trial attendance). 2-star for being indoors (most bootcamps are outdoors), clean, and minimally effective for a small HIIT workout. Very economic starting fees that become higher end after first month, ranging from $120-180 based on length of term. (YMMV. Fitness World, Club 16, She's Fit, etc. are all less than half that.) Very strict one-sided policies on professional conduct and late fees ($10 fines that may or may not be waived). My experience was being irritated that I was late for a class due to a train. Instead of being taken privately aside for a discussion, I was chastised and humiliated in front of class and my fiancé loud enough that the staff on front desk commented they had heard the conversation in the circuit area in other room. The language from staff was shocking, Quote: "That display was fu*king unacceptable and you had best check your sh*t." I still swallowed my pride and made efforts to find a peaceful resolution and even accepted full responsibility for the incident regardless of the irrational escalation from staff in order to keep the peace as the class was important to my fiancé. The response from staff was to cancel membership for both myself and my fiancé who had absolutely nothing to do with the incident. There was no effort from staff to work on any form of resolution. Same staff said in front of entire class that he would refuse to take part in any female-only oriented exercise class and was unapologetic for the sexist tone when called out by other members. Overall clean new startup with some fitness expertise, but lots of room for professional growth. If you want a nice boutique social club, get in-get out, and tell yourself that you are getting fit, high priced spa, this is the place. Other established professional places will do an individual intake, assessment, and individual fitness/diet plan for you with coaching/guidance check-in options, for better value.

I can't say enough about F45 PoCo! I have done over 1000 classes and still love to workout there…read more5-6 times a week. The classes are always different, no two workouts are the same. That way you never get bored with the workouts and neither do your muscles. They are always moving in different ways and in different movement patterns so there's no plateauing and they will continue to strengthen. I like that the workouts are on the TV monitors so you follow along, always knowing what to do, and the trainers come around to check technique and modify or challenge you with the exercise. That's another thing, because the workouts can be modified or made more difficult, every person young, old, fit, new to exercise, etc. can workout at the same time. It's a great feeling! The gym's greatest asset is the caliber of its coaching, and instructor Sal is a prime example of this excellence. His knowledge is truly top-notch, reflecting a lifetime of dedication to the martial arts. He is incredibly generous with this expertise, and I have consistently found his instruction to be of a very high level. The private lessons I have taken with him were exceptional and significantly accelerated my progress. This sentiment is shared by multiple friends I've recommended to the gym. They have all enjoyed their time there and can't speak highly enough about Sal's skills, abilities, and coaching style. In fact, many were so impressed that they have also undertaken private lessons with him.
