I left and told the un-friendly woman/hairdresser at the desk that I would not be back. I could see Heather standing by her chair. Maybe change your fucking times to reflect closing at 530pm instead of 6pm, assholes. Last evening we stopped in for two much needed hair cuts. My guy went first and was happy just to get his shaggy head some relief from all that hair. I asked about hair color and how long it would take to get it done since we got in at 6:00 p.m. So on a whim I decided to go for it. I like that my other half gets to have some interaction while his hair us being cut and I get a kick out of his joking around with others and at this place he can do both. I have been dying to get my hair lightened for ages and it finally got done. Overall it was a 2 hour process for us both. I already expected that. The ladies there were friendly and helpful with selecting the correct color .They kept the conversation flowing and I'm happy with the service we received. I have to say my guy has a way to tell if it's a good haircut . The next day after his shower and shampooing routine, if it styles great it's a good cut. This place passed his test. I think it's safe to say we'll be back . P.S. They welcome walk ins but if you're going to be there during busy hours, it's best to grab an appointment over the phone or online. read more

My family followed our stylist to this salon. Her name is Aisha and she cuts not only my hair, but my husband's and our two daughters' too. She does a fabulous job and is always pleasant. We love the option of being able to check-in on-line before we get there. read more

This is the most I've ever checked in within this Cost Cutters! It's literally right next to my house and it feels great being able to walk in and enjoy someone selling me a hair straightener for 70$ when it was originally $160. Good deal. I have naturally curly hair so I can feel kind of sensitive when it comes to doing my hair so I don't usually enjoy the people inside offering me expensive hair treatments and more. But I did sport my new hair straightener from this location. They offer haircuts, hair treatments, traditional shampooing and conditioning. They sell a variety of shampoos, conditioners, brushes, hair oil, and deep hair conditioning treatments. I enjoy the easy parking lot and no appointments required. The people are fairly nice, I see the staff changes quite quickly. read more

We had an appointment on Sunday morning at 10AM. We arrived at 9:58AM and the doors were locked. There were two ladies behind the counter that saw us but did not acknowledge us and and continued to do whatever they were doing on the computer. We continued to wait and 5 minutes later they unlocked the door. We walked in and there was again no acknowledgement or greeting. We sat down and the receptionist came in and this is when we were finally greeted. The stylist that cut my daughters hair name was either Monica or Monique. She did an ok job on my daughters hair cut but she was unprofessional and RUDE. Do not schedule appointments at 10AM if you are not going to be ready by then. read more

First of all shame on me cause I went here not once but twice. Secondly, I have difficult hair to cut and because of this I have gotten many bad haircuts in my life, but none as bad as here ( and none has ever prompted me to use my time to review a place for it). The first time I went here I thought maybe I got someone new, but the second time proved that wasn't the case, and was even worse than the first. The second haircut I got was by Erin, and was amazingly bad, easily the worst of my life. I thought about going in to have them give me a buzz to fix it, but I don't even trust them to do that. read more

I would give no stars if I could. Do not go to this place if you have a daughter who wants more than a trim done. I don't know the name of the stylist but she has long blond hair and was there the evening 10/26/17 . We stopped by a little after 6pm my daughter wanted a pixie cut which she gets all the time. this lady doesn't know how to do a pixie and cut my daughters hair like a boys!! I asked her to fix it and make more feminine in case she couldn't understand what a pixie cut was and she butchered it even more!! she was too busy talking with her co worker about dyeing another customers hair who wasn't even in the salon and destroyed my daughters hair. yes it is hair and it will grow back but she is a girl and kids are mean she is terrified to go to school today that kids will make fun of her. My daughter was crying after she finished and the stylist didn't care just shrugged her shoulders said it will grow back and asked how was I paying. I paid just so i could get out of there my daughter was soo upset but will dispute through my cc company since shouldn't have to pay for the disaster hair cut she did especially when she was too busy talking with her co worker to pay attention to my daughters hair!!
