If you want your nail cuticles with the service (I got gel x extension) it's an additional service worth of $15. Typically this comes with the service itself. I come from SoCal and I pay no more than 55$ for a gel x extension with cuticles and hand massage. So for the install of gel x extension for the price of $75 is really expensive. Also, the gel x came off after the 8th day.... Overall, I don't think the price I paid (~$95 with tip) for and the quality was worth it. read more

Probably one of the worst haircuts/colors I've ever had. I only needed a simple trim and black color, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The haircut is completely uneven--one side even looks like I have a sideburn. It's embarrassing. On top of that, my brand new shirt got ruined because of how careless she was with the dye. She barely used any heat protectant before blow drying, and I literally saw the smoke coming off my hair. It felt like my hair was being fried. I was supposed to head to dinner after, but I had dye all over my face, and my hair wasn't even fully blow dried. I had to go home and fix it myself--$200 later. I appreciated their quick responses and their flexibility in getting me scheduled within the same day. The inside of the studio is beautifully decorated. This was such an incredible experience from top to bottom! I had gotten my nails done by another salon, and they were horrible to say the least, and I was leaving on a trip to Vegas in a few hours, and they were able to fit me in. As soon as I got there, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Went here to get a gel manicure after work and it was not worth it. The manicure itself lasted less than 5 days (Thursday to Tuesday) before one for the fingers completely peeled. The cuticles were not cleaned out; had to do that myself. The nail polish on ALL the fingers didn't go to the top of the nail. By the first day I could already see the tips of my nails. Not worth it. Thinking it would only take 30 minutes for the remove and a simple clear coat on top (no manicure). 1.5 hours and $70 dollars later I left with uneven, damaged nails with some polish still on some a few. They don't own a drill to file shellac. So She was alternating between a regular nail file (not a rough one) and acetone for about an hour.... Definitely not going back. They are double if not triple booking clients, under staffed, the pedicure chairs do NOT massage and the quality of the work is extremely poor if not unacceptable. A very disenchanted lady next to me spoke up about how she can only get the polish changed now on her toes and not the full pedicure -since she's been waiting over 20+ minutes. The staff member who was told directly ( the owner who was one chair away hearing the whole conversation not acknowledging the lady) did not do anything to make it right for her. This is not acceptable customer service for clients who are properly booking online in advance. I took my four year old (for their first manicure ever) and polish looks very poor, clumpy and cuticles are not pushed back on all fingers as requested. Let me preface this by saying I typically do my own nails at home because I'm ocd about the shape and way that they are painted. I was getting ready to leave for vacation and wanted a specific color that I didn't have at home so I scheduled an appointment and got a babysitter. I arrived early and picked the perfect color (I got so many compliments on the color and am hoping I can find it to add to my home collection) my nail tech didn't get started on me until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I can look past that if it means she takes her time and has attention to detail but my goodness it was the worst mani pedi I have EVER received. I got gel to make sure my mani/pedi lasted at the pool but she didn't clean up the polish around my cuticles on my hands or feet so the polish started lifting after a couple days. I picked this place because of the reviews and it was close to my babysitter's house but to not even get 2 weeks out of my mani or pedi is really disappointing and a reminder as to why I don't like paying someone to do my nails. read more

While scheduling an appointment, no one answered the phone; however, I left a message and was called the next day to set up an appointment. The salon is clean and hip. I have been getting my hair cut by Stephanie for over a year now and she is amazing. She typically cuts my hair and my 6 yo daughters as well and can finish my hair within 40 minutes including wash and blow out. I have curly hair so a good cut is a must have and I always love my curls after Steph cuts them. The salon has taken a very aggressive COVID policy requiring masks, temp checks, hand washing, sanitizing, etc and it is strictly enforced ensuring customer safety. I would recommend this salon to anyone as the employees are pleasant, the salon is clean and well decorated and the services top notch! read more

I went here to get a basic french manicure (not gel or shellac). When I booked online there was no option for french manicure to select so I selected the regular manicure and left detailed notes indicating I would like French. When I arrived and told them what I wanted, they initially told me they didn't allocate enough time for that and I would have to choose something else but I insisted this was an error on their end and when the woman helping me realized I had in fact specified this when booking she agreed to let me have this done. The woman who did my nails was polite, gentle and spent a really good amount of time and care into my nails from massaging my hands, getting rid of dead skin and polishing with multiple coats. I was however surprised to find that they didn't have drying lamps for my nails and was instead told to sit for 30 minutes after my nails were done before leaving. Even after the 30 minutes they weren't really dry and I had to ask the woman at the front to get the card out of my wallet to pay and grab my car keys. I got a "reminder" text a few weeks after saying I was due for another visit which I didn't really appreciate. I can understand reminder visits for health related things like the dentist or an eye doctor but when I choose to come back for a manicure should be my personal decision. I however didn't receive any follow up texts after that. The place itself was clean and spacious but nothing overly fancy. Overall my feedback would be for them to figure out a way to add french manicure options for online booking and purchase some drying appliances. My experience with Andy for a mens haircut has always been 5 stars. The quality of his work, down to the tiniest of details, is absolutely impeccable. He makes a point to get to know you and what makes you tick. Most barbers will simply cut and trim you up, maybe throw a little product in. I've been growing out a pixie and if you have ever done that, you know what a mess it is. I finally got mostly past the ears and I had just been going to a barber shop for quick neck trims but knew it was time to get a real haircut. The salon is clean and bright and even though the nail salon part was full you could not smell a thing - great in my book. Stephanie did my hair and let me tell you, she is amazing! I brought of photo of my end goal which is still a ways off and an idea on how I'd like it for now. She managed to fix this mess and made me feel like a million bucks. So sweet too. Honestly I have no idea how this place is still in business. I scheduled a nail apt on Thursday and the salon texted and asked if I could switch my apt to the following Sat. I made the necessary accommodations to make the new day and time work out. On the day of the apt I received another text 2 hours before my apt asking if I could switch my apt to 6 pm. I kindly told them the new time wouldn't work out because I had plans to go to a concert (which is why I was getting my nails done). They said, "ok see you at two". I expressed my frustrations and explained how they rescheduled my apt several times and that no one reached out and told me my apt was moved to 2:30. At no point did the technician even try to get me to say but instead just said, "goodbye" in a snarky rude manor as I walked out. After a long long long day at this salon from my mother who is visiting form Germany I'm sure everybody was unhappy including staff and owner. This is the message below I wrote for my mom to show the owner the next day when she had her finishing appointment which she did not want to do anymore. Originally she was quoted about 89$ for taking off old nails and getting a new set. I had send my husband with her as well to help support my mother. I wish for no one to be ever in the same situation where you pay for miserable quality. The comment that was outrageous to me was that "but the service was there" and it seemed like she agreed with the horrible nail job her salon did to my mother. 7 hours were spend by employees and my mother at this salon to make it right for my mom and I was assured of how beautiful it's going to be and how they take care of her. In this case she is not taken care off and once her hands heal I'm going to have to find a different place that is decent. I thought I found a salon I would be able to go to as well since we just moved into the area but I will assure you I am not stepping back into this establishment. Here the message to the owner my mom was showing her: Hey Lisa! Thank you for taking care of my mother yesterday. Unfortunately she is not happy. I know there is a language barrier but with the owners satisfaction guarantee over the phone that the nails are going to be beautiful...my mom it is Quite disappointed. She got cut 3 times. The nails are uneven different length different shapes some are bend down some straight Some are pointy some are round. Different lengths. There are dents and sharp corners. Underneath the nail is messy. The nails were inspected prior to beginning she told me. They last were done in Germany as we discussed prior to the appointment.they soaked in acetone they filed it down. It's a pretty harsh procedure I know now her fingertips hurt not only from that but also the cuts. Despite the time my mother spend there while I was at work it wasn't worth wile for her. She had High hopes guaranteeing an excellent result. in the end everybody wanted to go home understandable after a long day at work. However the nail job is messy and for over 100$ these nails should have been spot on. She will show you where the dents and corners are and feels uncomfortable going back or even having anything else done. I don't know what else there might be you can do. I understand you and your girls have been working hard and probably work hard everyday and thank you for taking the extra time. However you might agree with me when you look at the nails yourself, that this is not what you would expect after all day at the salon and over 100$ later. She would appreciate a refund please. Please give me a text or call for any questions I have sat down with her after I got home last night to clarify her concerns. To this she gave my mother attitude outside of the salon and my husband as well. We are going to call the bank because they are not making it right and they do not do refunds either for the terrible job that was done. Lisa said she will quote and quote "eat the fee" the bank is going to charge her for the charge back. Thank you. Maybe for future customers I hope they read this lengthy review and think twice about coming here.
