I showed a picture and shared that I would like for it to be all one length. For some reason the hair dresser cut the two sides by my face shorter then the rest of my hair. When I asked her why they were chunking and sticking out she replied that she could fix it. After she was done, she stated "well if you don't like it you will have to let it grow out." A week later I called back to see if someone else could fix it, as to which I was told that I would have to go back to the same person. I stated that she tried to fix it and shared what the hair dresser told me in regards to you will have to let it grow out. That clearly tells me she cannot fix it, so why would I go back to her. Very upsetting and now will have to pay for someone else to fix it. Definitely would not recommend this place at all.

The way my hair was pulled was overly aggressive to the point I had to go to the bathroom multiple times to get a break. I left with my hair not even close to what I wanted and almost $400 down the drain. I asked another hairstylist about doing my hair and she explained everything that was wrong along with the price being over the top! I just wanted a better experience along with hair that I was happy with. I have had good experiences but this experience was far from.

She gave me a tremendously awesome scalp massage that lasted several minutes. I wanted her to not stop. Then had a quick wash and condition. She decided to cut with thinning shears instead of regular scissors or a razor. The cut came out great. Really like it. I can see my face again! Lastly, I had no hassle whatsoever returning one of the Kevin Murphy products I purchased back in February. I did not like it and they were really cool about that.

She gives me the most amazing scalp massage with every shampoo and hair treatment. Jewels is phenomenal and a true professional. She is always on time and I always leave the salon very happy with my hair and with a bounce on my step. I love this salon, all the hairstylists are very professional and do an excellent job. By the way Jewels does excellent work with brides! The blonde lady in the picture is Mandy Scheffler also works at Shear Envy, she does real up to date colors and beautiful up dos for weddings!
