The profile was really unflattering, and it was much too expensive. I was there three hours, a long time. Just really pay attention and not talk while getting your hair done, and make sure you're getting what you came for. Ask BEFORE your service how much it will cost. A red flag I noticed later is that they do not post their prices online. I was shocked at how much I was charged. Do not recommend.

I can't recommend Kirsten Nichols enough - she was wonderful!…read more I had used a box dye on my hair that had a strong copper red color and it was splotchy and looked horrible, so I made an appointment to discuss coloring/color correcting (which is free, by the way). I was given me multiple options and great suggestions. I ended up going with dyeing my hair a darker color to try to mask the red. She spent a lot of time taking tiny sections so that the color would be even and perfect. It turned out beautiful - my hair feels healthier and the color is gorgeous. She also gave me samples of some of their product so I can decide if I want to purchase. The facility is beautiful and everyone I spoke with was very welcoming. The price was very good, especially considering all the work that went into my hair. I will definitely be going back to Beauty Bar for any of my hair care needs!
