Made an appointment online for a haircut and when we went to the salon they said they didn't have our appointment in their system. No apology, no suggested solution. The only reason we made the appointment online is because it is so difficult to get anyone on the phone. read more

Had my hair done here recently. Everyone in the salon is nice and the salon is very clean. The reason I gave 4 stars is the salon is expensive. I have never paid so much to have my hair cut and colored. Although I am very happy with my hair I will think twice about going back. read more

Could this be the WORST salon in the whole of Michigan? I wouldn't bet against it. Without doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdressers! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. This is the worst haircut i have ever had. I was in tears after i left the salon, The entire experience from start to finish was awful. I never felt welcomed by the salon staff. I got the vibes that i was disturbing them! They were all together talking to each other and on their phones. The worst culprit being the actual manager of this tacky and dated salon who butchered my hair. I wasn't welcomed to the salon. I was only offered herbal tea or water when all i wanted was a coffee, the seats i waited in for over twenty minutes were so uncomfortable. Presumably the springs had gone due to the manager sat on her backside for hours cackling on her phone. When she could finally be bothered to tear herself away from her phone she was incredibly rude to me, seemed to be in a rush and did not listen to me at all. Basically just did whatever she felt like. She cut far too much off and left scissor marks and it was uneven. And if that wasn't enough kept almost smothering me in her cleavage. I know people may not be able to help their weight but if you are slightly on the larger side at least wear something that doesn't make you look like a hooker. Especially an ageing sagging one. I actually wonder if the manager cares? Because it seems I am not the only one leaving negative reviews here and certainly not the only person who vows never to return. The whole outfit from top to bottom is shoddy, badly run, unprofessional and it's a travesty I have to leave even one star for my review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more
