She understood my vision and she made it happen the first time and as of recent as last weekend! She's very knowledgeable and very kind. I saw someone unlocked it a couple minutes later and when I told them I had an appointment at 9 the receptionist told me my appointment was at 8:45 and my hair stylist left? Why didn't they call me? I am embarrassed that this would happen and the receptionist did not even apologize and rescheduled me for two weeks.
