I requested to leave enough hair for a ponytail, just wanted my ends trimmed but was left with barely shoulder length hair and choppy uneven layers. I had hair to my shoulder blades before. The stylist wanted to thin my thick hair with special shears and I said no but she did it anyway. Color was excellent but I am horrified and embarrassed by my cut. I called to complain and they put me on hold for a long time so I hung up. It's going to take at least a year to grow my hair out.

When I walked in the door the first stylist looked at me and asked if I had an appointment to which I responded yes and then she looked back down to her client and never said another word.... ok then... I didn't know what to do with that... do I wait? is she the one who's going to cut my hair? is somebody else going to cut my hair? So, I sat down and waited about 10 minutes when another woman came from the back room to greet me; asked me if I had an appointment (again) but was very kind and assured me that somebody was finishing up with another client and I would be next It was late afternoon on a Friday so I was a little impatient. Had I not been addressed by the second person I probably would've just left Thank goodness I did not let my mood get the best of me; so glad I had an opportunity to meet Nikki From the moment I sat in her chair she immediately started looking at all the angles of my hair and made a comment about what she saw and wanted to know if I thought the same thing ... for the entire appointment she asked a lot of questions and explained why my answers were important to her construction of a long-term plan. When somebody is passionate about their craft, it shows and she was the epitome of professional but more than that she was so completely dedicated to my comfort and my satisfaction. I was so grateful because we are going to a wedding tonight and my ends were fried from having too much fun with bleach over the summer. I showed Cindy a picture of when my hair was shorter and she took one look and knew exactly what needed done. The prices are unbeatable and the environment is so laid back.
