I love Posha hair salon!…read more I've been going to Posha for about a year now and I have been so happy with my hair style, cut and color every time! I love the cuteness of the salon with all of the B&B products and cute clothes from goose on the go. Even the comfy chairs you sit in are cute. Every time I go get my hair cut and colored I tell Heather to do whatever she wants and every time I absolutely love it! She spends a lot of time on detail and I love how creative she is with my cut and color. I have never gotten this many compliments on my hair before! As I said before I love Posha :)

She is a sweetheart and knows how to cut hair, color, and style. I'm extremely satisfied with my service, I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she was able to match it. I will be back in about 6 weeks for a toner. I got my haircut and styled for about $200.00, the price is right here! Style 5/5 I want to start off by saying that Savanna did my hair and it turned out great, she's very good at listening to what you ask for and matching that. I was satisfied with my style. Make-up 1/5 Savanna is a nice person, however...I do not recommend her to do anyones make-up. To sum it up it nice, she doesn't know how to apply it. I specifically showed her a photo of what I wanted and she wasn't able to deliver. I didn't want anything too crazy, just light eyeshadow and winged eyeliner. She gave me a dark eyeshadow, she had to ask someone to help her apply my eye liner, did not match my eyebrow color correctly (not all ethic people have black eyebrows), and gave me dark colored lips when I asked her for a neutral color. Very dissatisfied with how my make up turned out, sadly I didn't have enough time to fix it before my photo shoot. I will not be going to savanna for make up ever again.

I scheduled a full head of highlights and half way through Aaron told me he was only doing a partial. I trusted his "expert" advice and went with it. When he finished the partial he showed me the front and it did not look too bad. However he did not take the time to show me the back. When I got home I checked the back in the mirror and it looks terrible LOL! No wonder he didn't show me the back!!! The front of my head is highlighted and the back is brown!!! I'm now an official freak! I'm going back to have it "fixed" and I will update the review afterwards. Fingers crossed :P I do not recommend it to anyone, unless you want to be a freak like me. So I insisted since I did not want to have to deal with the time being "wrong" again and eventually she prints the appointment details out. So I leave and come back at the updated time and Aaron and I start to argue about my hair. Basically he would not apologize and admit that he jacked up my hair. So he says it's best if I leave and get a refund. Which is fine by me. But then right before I leave he says that I was rude to the front desk attendant and calls me disgusting. Wow! I did't say anything rude to the front desk attendant I just insisted on receiving a card for the appointment so I would NOT have to keep coming back at the "wrong" time. No idea what he was talking about. But he is disgusting and this business is abusive. I would't recommend Duncan Edward European Hair Design to my greatest enemy.

I was overcharged!…read more I scheduled a hair and makeup appointment for prom. Ultimately on the day of my appointment I decided on a style I saw in a picture and showed my stylist. My stylist explained to me it would just be my hair curled and then a Bobby pin to pull a front section back. My hair turned out nicely, but only if I knew that one Bobby pin cost me $25!!! I think that is a little unreasonable because if I were told that one Bobby pin would make my total $25 more expensive, I would have not paid for it. Also to mention that when I was checked in, nobody offered me anything to drink. This would not have been a problem if the lady checked in after me wasn't politely greeted, offered, and served a glass of water. Perhaps it was my age, but regardless, I am a paying customer. Considering I waited 30 minutes for my appointment to start, it was infuriating that somebody who waited 5 minutes got water in that short amount of time. My makeup did turn out nicely. And so did my hair! But perhaps being older would have made my experience more enjoyable.

Alice is very approachable and she gave me advice on what styles would or wouldnt work with my face and hair type. (A good stylist should be able to say no if they can see a certain cut won't work for your hair type... I really appreciate that!) She helped me figure out what would work and then gave me wonderful cute bangs. I may never go back to long front hair again. I went back a second time to Alice to get a few inches cut off for the summer, and I am incredibly happy. She has a true passion for hair and beauty, and a great person to ask for advice.
