After 8 years in the Marine Corps, I've seen my fair share of bad haircuts. But today I got a high and tight cut in Waupaca WI cost cutters and honestly it's the worst cut I've ever seen or had. Bad enough that I now have to go home and just give myself a buzz cut. To any Veterans or active duty, I 100% recommend getting a barracks cut drom your buddy before going here 0/10 read more

They helped me so much and I got there 20 minutes before my appointment and they were great and understanding I would recommend them again the women were great and everything they suggest was was for a great cut to men I highly recommend them but you do have to have an appointment and 5 minutes prior to my appointment they say me in a chair and we're way better than blue angel downtown in Waupaca ladies nice and courteous read more

There is a lady there by the name of Priscilla and she is down right amazing. She fixed my sister's up do in amazing time and she made conversation that helped relieve some of my sister's anxiety about the wedding. Unfortunately there was a woman who was coloring another woman's hair and instead of multitasking and doing my sisters up do also she instead played on her phone and sat in a hair cutting chair and conversed with the customer. She clearly saw we needed help and were short on time but apparently we didn't matter. So depending on who does your hair but it can turn into something that you tip $20 for but you also may be stuck waiting forever because of pure negligence.. I recommend making an appointment first.., read more

So dissapointed. I called once they opened to schedule an appointment in 10 minutes, which they said "come on in." I get there and they say 3 people walked in a minute ago and I have to wait 30 minutes now. Very dissapointing that walk-ins take priority over someone who is responsible enough to call a head of time. I understand its probably their company policy to "not schedule people".. but sad that they couldn't tell those 3 people who JUST walked in, that another client, who called to schedule, may be coming in shortly.. I hope they appreciate my 1 star review vs actually thinking of how they would feel if they were in my shoes :/ I just walked out and told them to take me off their "list". read more
