I waited 20 mins for my appointment to start, and was never given colors until 5 mins before i got brought to a chair. i'm in nursing school, so i need my nails very short and neutral colored. the guy i was with (chair 2) made me feel bad for wanting my nails short, and made me feel bad for wanting the common "milky white" color. he asked, "do you always do milky white?" in a very condescending tone. the color clearly looks like it needs another coat, and the shape is awful. i felt very rushed. i usually get beautiful nails (the second picture) and i feel like today i left with duck nails. i paid and still tipped (because he was sitting at the pay station watching me sign the receipt), said thank you and was not thanked or spoken to after paying before i left the salon. i went down the road to target after my appointment to get a nail file to fix them myself. i even used this photo as a reference. i usually love the outcome of my nails from this place but will not be rebooking with whoever works at chair #2.
