I got my nails done here for my brothers wedding and got so many compliments on how they turned out!! Staff is super kind and efficient. They waste no time in getting you through your services which I appreciated because I always hated wasting hours in other salons in the area. It may look a little dingy upon first looks but every supply they pulled out was fresh. My only issue was that the person who did my manicure was really laying into my nails with the electric file and I did end up with some slightly sanded fingers. I would still highly recommend. I used to go to US nails exclusively to get my nails done, but my recent visit was not good at all. I needed a fill and wanted just a tiny bit off the length and they were shortened too much. The nails were all different sizes and I asked for a coffin shape, and was given a square. My friend had her nails done by someone else and they turned out good, so when I left I was very disappointed. I was also charged twice for my nails. I went back the next day when I realized just how bad they were, and they were made to look even worse. There are tons of black bubbles, the nails are still different sizes and shapes, there is a dent in one, the polish doesn't cover the entire nail, and I got chrome accent nails which are patchy. I posted a picture on Snapchat and many friends had the same experiences recently. Very sad to see this salon losing quality. read more

I got an infection in my toe due to the unsanitary conditions of this spa. Be careful. There are many places to go that practice good hygiene. Just got my second pedicure here and yes, it was a good experience. Since it's winter I got the deluxe pedicure with the hot stone massage. I'm 8 months pregnant and it felt amazing to get a calf massage. She also used some menthol oil that is warming and amazingly relaxing. I wish I would have asked for the technician's name so I could ask for her again. She was so nice. I was here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. I suggest making an appointment, but they did accommodate walk-ins while I was there. The staff must have a lot of repeat customers because many people who walked in were greeted by name. I never go to US nails, but my normal place was booked and I needed my nails done before I left town. I called and got an appointment right away. This man started doing it, but you could tell he wasn't experienced. His hands were sweaty and he would constantly ask how he was doing. At one point he realized he put on a tip crooked and tried taking it off. When he couldn't, he just put more glue down. The acrylic was thick and the nails weren't painted all the way. $5 extra for "long nails" and $5 extra for coffin shaped. I've never had a place charge like that. I wouldn't stayed and argued but it took over an hour to get done and I had somewhere to be. Will not be going back read more

First time here and I will never go back. Went with a friend to get pedicures. We got seated picked our colors and one lady started working on my friends pedicure. Another lady came over and set mine up. We continue to talk as they worked on our feet but felt like they were rushing through. Neither one filed our feet heels, calluses, etc. The lady working on me kept leaving to start doing nails on a young girl that came in well after me. So I was done way after my friend. Then once we had our color and topcoat on they left us to sit there and never came back to instruct us on when to leave. Finally we both got up put our shoes on and walked to the front. The lady doing my friends came up and rung us out and really didn't say anything else at all to us. Felt like I shouldn't tip based on the service we got but we ended up doing it anyway. Also you can't even tip with your card you had to pay the tips in cash luckily I had some cash on me. Most rushed and worst service I've ever had for a pedicure. read more

The two people I went with both got served right away and I had to wait around 10 minutes for all the ladies working were helping other people. I previously posted a 5 star review but need to change it. I have been here countless times because it is the closest nail salon to my home. It's really becoming hit or miss. I've had some lousy services and a couple of really good ones. I was here twice in the last two weeks. First time was to get a full set, and I got some nails that looked really pretty as long as you didn't look to closely. The acrylic was really thick and unsightly. So when they started growing out it was really noticeable and looked bad. So that's why I went back a second time, I wanted to have those ones removed and just get a gel polish on my natural nails. I go in at around noon on a week day. I can see two workers not with customers, I tell the lady at the counter what I want and she says that they don't have time and to come back at 2:30. I've been going to these types of nail salons for many years and have never been told to leave before. Even if they were very busy they would always tell me how long of a wait and I would stay. It really showed me that they don't value me as a customer very much. But that's okay, I went to a competing salon in town. They didn't tell me to leave even though they had a wait, and they fixed my nails. read more

Normally I wouldn't bother to rate a business but I don't want anyone else spending money at this business. My friend and I had appointments made for 5pm, 2 HOURS before close. The woman who did my gel set offered up a super neat nail look, cool, so far so good. She didn't talk the entire time. My nails ended up looking like garbage because she was so rushed and obviously could not actually do what she had offered. My cuticles were so chopped open and bleeding everywhere but yet she kept on cutting them shorter and shorter. My nails which have been on for not even a full week now are grown out so far because of her cutting my cuticles down I already need to get them redone. I then was charged $50 For something that looked like a six year old could be done better at. My acrylic nails were uneven, poorly painted, and lasted maybe 5 days before they started to lift. When I went back they refused to fix them and told me it was my fault. I made an appointment for 4 pedicures for my girlfriends and I. When we got there, the receptionist offered to take only two of us right away. This annoyed us as we wanted to sit together..hence why I made the appointment. We asked to wait until we could all sit together. This took about 15 minutes. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the quality of service was just ok. Polish was sub par (dried with streaks). Pricing was standard for a pedicure in this area ($30). Complimentary coffee and soda was a nice touch. iPads are mounted on every pedicure chair. I will probably give them one more chance. read more

I went back in to have these nails fixed & the guy that runs the salon flat out told me he did not have the time to have someone fix my nails. I was a walk-in and fortunately they managed to fit me in. At one point I was a little skeptical about how my nails were looking but my technician and actually another customer calmed me down. The gentleman doing my nails assured me that they were there to please and when all was said and done if I was not satisfied they would re-do them...Well long story short I don't like how they came out...I love the end product. I used to love going to US Nails until recently I noticed a lot of their old employees seem to no longer work there. Today I made a last minute appointment for 3:30pm anyways because it's the closest nail salon to my house. It was kind of odd when I got there because there were only 3 workers and 2 other customers. I got seated right away and an older man started looking at my nails. It was super weird cause this worker in his 30's wouldn't stop pacing around me and explaining to me all the things I could do besides what I asked for: a gel fill, glitter base with white French tips. I even showed them a picture on Pinterest of what I wanted. He tried to get me to do pink & white instead and told me it was going to be $65. I insisted I just wanted a gel fill multiple times and they said okay, it will be $40. I said okay and they got started. I had recently jammed one of my fingers and the man told me that nail would have to be redone, he then started taking off all of my nails and told me it was going to be $65 now cause they charge $5 for nail take off, $5 for glitter, and even more for a full set. At this point I felt like they were just trying to take advantage of me. I told them if they're going to charge me for taking off my acrylics I would be happy to pay them my $5 and leave and they got all upset and said they'd do regular French tips (without the glitter) for $45. He got started and literally destroyed my nail beds with the metal grinding tool they use. It was painful and my nail beds look awful right now. I will not be coming back to US Nails ever again. I even overheard other people saying their prices seemed somewhat higher than usual. No wonder there was nobody in the salon that would usually be packed at this time, the service is going down and the prices are going up read more

I went here for the first time just the other day with my mother-in-law. They are sweet and got us in promptly since we had made an appointment. I really liked that they have their pedicures set at $25! It's not like other places where you have to pay more for them to exfoliate your legs and use lotions and go the extra mile. They didn't try to charge us anymore than the $25 their pedis are listed as. They also asked us if we'd like anything to drink (water, coffee, soda) which was a nice added touch.
