It's a smaller location that's tucked between a nail shop and an auto parts store so parking is limited but that means the help you receive is much more personal. I worked with Kristina at this location (she used to work in Rancho so it was great to see a familiar face since I've worked with her before). She was helpful with breaking down policy information and was straight forward and to the point with everything I had questions on. You can tell she's a rep that actually cares, cuts through the confusion and is all about pointing you in the right direction. Both times she's helped me I've left feeling seen and understood, which is the most important thing after dealing with life's annoying nuances. If i could give Cost U Less negative stars, I would. Their fees are ridiculous. We set up a ONE TIME ONLY payment plan with them for the "down payment" of $217. Surprise Surprise, they deducted money from our account WITHOUT our consent. Their excuse? "Oh, well, you signed documentation stating that we could withdraw from your account until this is paid in full" When I asked about our payment arrangement, they stated that "it didn't matter anymore, we have the payment." Do not use this service. They lie, steal your money and are extremely RUDE on the phone. read more

Every business dealing I have had with this company has led me to believe they are complete scam artists. They will do whatever it takes to get you to sign up a policy with them, including blatantly lying about when payments will come out of your account and how much they charge. They also promised multiple discounts that they later decided to not give me based on their own error. I've had to call multiple times to their offices and every single time I get some cranked out person who keeps repeating "Nope, there's nothing we can do, nope." Now they're claiming my initial deposit cannot be refunded even though they cannot give me the policy they agreed upon. Do not do business with them. They are crooks. Plain and simple. I found a cheaper insurance so naturally I canceled about a week before I would be charged again. But I got charged anyway. Im pretty easy going so I figured "mistakes happen" I'll just call them and work it out- the most rude people in the whole world, that could care less that they double charged you and overdrew your account. They blamed me for not giving them enough time to cancel my automatic charge and tried to tell me I'll have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back. Whatever you do. Don't sign up with them. They say the "down payment" is around $500, but really the down payment is roughly $90... the rest is "broker fees" which if the insurance company cancels you, or if you decide to cancel, is NON-REFUNDABLE. They have you sign and initial a bunch of forms so you don't realize you are signing your life away. They just screwed me out roughly $800.... Why the hell are they still in business?! Office has a great manager and friendly staff. They do what it takes to get you insured at the lowest price possible. If you're paying to much I would highly recommend this place! They will recommend you to leave a balance unpaid at your current insurance company and to open up a new policy to save money. All I came in there for was to pay my balance through a broker as it is the only way you can do it once your payment is late. This happened to me once before and the insurance company sent me to collections thanks to advice from one of these guys at this location. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I made a change in my sons auto policy on Friday, July 3rd. Understanding it was a holiday weekend AND they stated the were having computer problems, the fact that the endorsement had to be done manually was alright with me because they assured me that they would have the policy changed and contact me with my sons new monthly payment by the following Monday. It has been 6 days. Not only can I not get a straight answer, I can not get a return phone call. I have spoken to all three individuals in that office and have gotten nowhere, and according to the website, the insurance has still not been changed. I am fed up and disgusted at the fact that I am going to have to start from scratch to find new coverage from a more reliable company.
