When I gave Scott my change of address and new email it somehow never got to Farmers. Farmers sent me a letter stating they were going to cancel my policy if a home inspection was not completed. This was an error not due to me, and Farmer's was never able to get the home inspection done even after several months. Scott did not go to bat for me and correct the problem. In the end, just before the deadline I had to secure new home insurance because if you let your home insurance be canceled on you, it is harder to secure new home insurance. I had been a valued and happy customer for over 20 years. This was negligence of a high order and Scott was not willing to take the proper action to not have this happen.
