Veronica assisted us in communicating with our contractor company of what was needed for the renewal. She continued to be in contact with them and us as well. Even though our contractor company was being stubborn about having the correct permits, when they didn't according to our insurance company and our city, Veronica was patient in dealing with them and was patient with us trying to get this resolved. In the end, with Veronica's help, we ended up getting the right permits ourselves and got our home insurance renewed right on time.
