Initially, we met with Greg Phister and all seemed like it would be a smooth transition. The concern came when we had additional questions or needed paperwork etc. The staff at Phister Insurance is less then able to handle daily insurance questions or matters. Getting a "human" to answer the phone is the first battle, then once you talk to a staff member they generally tell you someone will get back with you. They either never return your call or its days later. Poorly trained staff and an agent who is never in the office. With that said, Allstate has lost a long time, dedicated, local family. Yesterday, was no exception. My husband called Phister's office, it was the same dog and pony show, no answer to a simple question. My husband then contacted 1-800 Allstate, only to find our call was being handled from India. Really??? Good-bye Allstate, you can count on us NOT to refer any of our friends or family. Customer service is important especially when it comes to insurance needs.
