She handled my flood insurance when I bought my home and resolved all the issues from the county and title company in a timely and professional manner. Raul and his staff are friendly, honest, and they really go the extra mile to help you. I bundle all my policies (home, auto, flood, boat, etc) in order to maximize my savings. State Farm has great savings programs and they have always fought for me when I've made any claims. I have been a customer of Raul Herrera since 1991, and I would give ten stars if I could, not only because of his expertise and friendliness, but because of Jennifer Rosado, a member of the staff who goes above and beyond in professionalism, friendliness, competence, and efficiency. She has helped me and my family more times than I can count with address changes, policy changes, questions about coverages, and a claim. I recently had a claim for car damage by a third party, and Jennifer set up coordination between her office, Caliper Collision repair shop, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and the whole repair process only took two days. When I got to Enterprise and Caliper, Jennifer had already done all the paperwork and sent it to them. When I picked up my repaired car, Enterprise came and got the rental car from Caliper, making my life much easier. Jennifer took care of the claim with the third party, sending me regular updates.
