We were directed to Griffin's and what a blessing that was! We had 11 people and 5 dogs but the husband and wife team at Griffin's welcomed us all into their waiting area. They quickly diagnosed what the issue was and got the part ordered. Because it was not a planned stop we had no where to stay. They made some calls and got us into a hotel that was under a block from their shop. Our van was fixed the next day and we were on our way again. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I took my car back after less…read morethan 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that it would absolutely be covered under warranty, which is expected for a broken belt after less than 8 months. I was then told later that it would "not be covered because it did not blow out". I asked them to look at the tire, and they could see it was a broken belt. The called back the next day to tell me it would be $80 to have them look closer to determine if the belt was broken. It is clear they did not want to cover the warranty. It is sad that a dealership would have such a horrible service department. You lost all future car sales over one tire.

My jeep that I was ready to set out behind the barn, is now running better than the day I bought it. The bill to fix this computer monstrosity was very reasonable. All my vehicles will go to Humburd's and nowhere else now. BTW this business has my old Ford Ranger running tip top. It has 200,000 plus miles on it. Thank you to the entire staff at Humburds Automotive Service. They stand behind their service unlike these quick parts places that won't stand behind their work for obvious reasons.
