My jeep that I was ready to set out behind the barn, is now running better than the day I bought it. The bill to fix this computer monstrosity was very reasonable. All my vehicles will go to Humburd's and nowhere else now. BTW this business has my old Ford Ranger running tip top. It has 200,000 plus miles on it. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I took my car back after less…read morethan 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that it would absolutely be covered under warranty, which is expected for a broken belt after less than 8 months. I was then told later that it would "not be covered because it did not blow out". I asked them to look at the tire, and they could see it was a broken belt. The called back the next day to tell me it would be $80 to have them look closer to determine if the belt was broken. It is clear they did not want to cover the warranty. It is sad that a dealership would have such a horrible service department. You lost all future car sales over one tire.
