I had never tried cash link before and after today I will never go anywhere else. First impression: welcomed warmly and politely by the staff. I was initially being helped by a very helpful woman who unlike their Neighbor to the right, immediately recognized the validity of the check that was deemed fraudulent not more than 10 minutes before. (It was 100% valid for the record) however after realizing my ID was expired, rather then telling me that I was out of luck and to hit the bricks, I was introduced to Tommy Tom. I'm not positive but I gather he was manager. After a few suggestions he was able to find a solution to my expired ID. 10 minutes later I walked out completely aglow as my pockets were now lined and I became a lifetime patron of Cash Link in Fitchburg MA.
