I think this is my favorite Costco that I have been to. Of course you need a membership to shop here but it can pay for itself if you know how to use it. There are great little perks like their food court. They have great prices on pizza, hot dogs, and sandwiches. Another thing to know is their rotisserie chicken. If you leave there without one you are losing money on your whole deal. They are bigger than the chickens in the supermarket and are sold for only $5! Listen for the bell and you will know when they are ready, they go fast. They have everything! An eye glass clinic, computers, booze, food, clothes, vitamins, tools... Everything. The prices are better than average as I suspect they make their money on the memberships. Costco is constantly on the list of top 10 employers as they treat their employees really well. That is how they keep them and us. Good job. read more

I was at Costco Airportway Denver Colorado. The Tire Center Staff particularly Supervisor SAM was extra helpful, professional & superb customer service. He helped And assisted me regarding my tire pressure & explain how I can efficiently use the machine .... He was patient & friendly. They always carry a wide variety of products including alcohol. The value for your money is beyond amazing. Let's evaluate: Tire/auto center: 5.0 Shopping vibe: 5.0 Chicken availability: 5.0 Food court: 1.0 (no onions often) Gas station: 4.0 (lane cones before closing) Grade formula is Cobb-Douglas: multiply these five scores and then raise result to the power of 0.2 or 1/5. That's 3.47 here, which rounds down to 3 stars. This location stands out in a category where few get 5 stars: tire center. No sandbagging, and availability for rotate, balance, or tire repair on a walk-in basis is way better than other locations (where you may get quoted appointments a week or more out--ridiculous). They just need to have the onions always available at least 15 minutes past closing, no excuses, and I'll be able to do shopping there (I won't shop the warehouse on a tire visit if there are no onions or no chickens). It's an easy thing to get right. Will revise once they've fixed this problem. read more

I can truly appreciate a Costco that doesn't have massive lines and people outside fighting for parking. I live in Southern California and that's the norm. Second time trying the rotisserie chicken here and it was raw again. The first time we got it, we were pretty upset but we thought we'd try again and the chicken was amazing. Great price for such a big chicken especially since the chicken is considerably bigger than the ones at King Soopers. However, this evening, we picked up another, came home to piece it up and it was looking good until I got into the deeper meat in the thighs and deeper in the breast meat. It was pink and slimy. I really like their chicken but they need to do a better job on checking their temperatures before putting them out. read more

This morning I went through the self check out lane , around 9:45 am. I have my arm in a sling due to surgery . I didn't realize I had to put each item on the check stand . Well the self check out clerk didn't ask me if I needed to help . There were no boxes around in site . She didn't ask me if I wanted a box to put my groceries in . This is the first time with Costco that I had such bad customer service. As I was leaving the lady that checks your receipt asked if I needed help . At this point I didn't but I did when I went through the line . Very disappointing experience. It only takes one person to ruin it for you . Hope this gets to the store and they fix this situation. Customer service is what brings me back every time you Costco ! read more
