This morning I took my two daughters in to get a Costco card for my eldest daughters birthday and while Im about to purchase the $55.00 card with Petty, a fellow by the name of Jonathan comes along and is not only rude to my family and I but to petty as well. He announces that (people, letty) have a different way of advertising the executive card. I personally thought she was great!. Anyway back to Jonathan, he kept pushing me to get the executive card, little did he know Im a single mom barely surviving. All I wanted to do was make my daughter happy for her birthday. His comment about not going to give us free $ because we didn't listen to him. He was the one not listening to me. I had told him at least 3 times I wasn't interested. He was the rudest manager ever. Long lines are expected and so is low-cost quality gasoline. This location doesn't disappoint. This location consistently beats the prices of other local gas stations by $.10 or more. I know that isn't much, but if you are shopping in the area, the detour is worth it. I've forgotten my card a time or two and the attendants are more than happy to help. read more

This Costco has a person greeting you like you owe them loan shark money. I encountered a very rude lady name: Juanda this Saturday about 1PM. Seriously, I have a Costco Business Card and didn't pay my membership to get screamed at while entering Costco...I watch her be just as rude to my family members as well as passing customers. I didn't plan to report her til she was real rude, nasty, and unkind to an old lady entering..... soooooo sad to see customer service drop this low. Scrapping the barrel when they hired this lady. Depending on what time you go, there might a long line or no line. But hey! They offer cheap gas prices so you can't complain. And just a heads up incase you didn't know, Costco Membership is required to purchase gas. read more

This is pretty much the only place I get gas. They attendant is always helpful and friendly. I feel safe there too. No one asking for change. The lines I never long in the week day mornings. I'm always in & out. Plus the gas is affordable. read more

Always the cheapest, I love coming here. Long lines especially during the weekends. There should be an attendant directing the cars as the lines closest to the entrance block the ability to get to the shorter ones on the opposite end. Costco probably has the cheapest prices for gasoline compared to any other place. The quality of gas is great and it lasts longer than gas from places like Shell, Arco, and 7-11. The attendant is also very helpful, especially with the elderly. Honestly, the lines aren't that long, people are just impatient... It's not the closest place for gas (for me), you also need a Costco membership, and the only take debit (or American Express). I gave it 5 stars, because they have the most honest prices for quality. read more

Short and sweet review. Great price.. great detergent grade gas. Long lines put a damper on the price.. but we'll worth the wait. In and out today in less than 10 min.. plenty of time for the wife to get lunch at Costco food court after a few hours of shopping at Costco. $2.859 today for Premium grade. . If you're ever in the Rancho Cucamonga area you need gas fill up there cheaper than the one in Corona.

The best price in town, no doubt about that. Try to go there off hours so that you don't stay in long lines. Also, if everyone could help by having their cards ready would help the lines moving faster. read more

This Costco branch has the worst Customer Service! I've been a Costco member for a long time & have gone to several Costco branches, but this one tops the worst experience I have with employees on several occassions. The most recent was last week when I went with family visiting from out of country. We were about to pay & my sister gave me cash for the things they got. The cashier refused & said, he "cannot see cash being given for payment". He said they should get their own Costco card, even if I said they are visiting from another country. And the face he gave us was not apologetic at all! He gave us a face like we are dumb for not knowing this rule. He didn't even apologize once. We ended up paying with a different debit card. I live 2 miles from this Costco but I am NEVER going back to this branch. So to those going here with family visiting, make sure to get the money while in line so the cashier won't see the it. read more
