All the employees here at this Chevron are friendly, funny, and very helpful. I enjoy coming to this Chevron. It's mostly always clean all around the gas pumps. The trash is never full at the gas pumps. I also like the fact that the restroom at the Chevron is by far the cleanest restroom. I have ever seen out of all gas stations. read more

I have a lowered car and when i went in the car wash is normal not so good but their was a huge hump in the middle that damaged my car subframe and gas tank luckily nothing was severely damaged in this situation and i would recommend them to put up a sign saying no low cars because i do not want someone else to go through this problem. read more

I just tried to purchase gas and only had a hundred dollar bill and the cashier wanted to give me sixty dollars change in $5's and $1's. I asked for larger bills and she went and got another cashier who tried to give my change in small denominations as well and then tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund because she already processed it on the POS system. I said ok, I want my money back. She said "listen sir, you don't need to be rude." I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. A few weeks later someone used my credit card number to purchase gas and other items throughout Riverside and Orange Counties. My credit card company canceled the card and I was reimbursed. Bought the $13 car wash today. Only half the items worked on the car wash and the attendant only sprayed half the car down with soap. When I drove off I heard a noise on the roof of my car. This is an average Chevron. The car wash does a better job than some of the others I've been to and they are upgrading it currently (I'll update later when it's done). The gas price is a few cents higher than some others. Everything is in working order and clean most of the time. We have had one incident of our Credit Card being used fraudulently at the same time we were pumping gas, but we always look for signs of a skimmer at the pump and haven't ever seen one, so it may not be related. Some folks on Nextdoor have voiced concern about debit cards being skimmed here, so take extra precautions (that's a good rule of thumb, anywhere, though). read more

I really dig this place. Yeah, it's a gas station but it's got a lot going on. There aren't enough gas stations in this section of town so it's a welcome addition to the block. They're still setting up, getting their lottery counter soon, and there's supposed to be a Fatburger right next door (possibly connected corporately) which I hope is underway. I love their coffee machine *when it's working* because you can get a 20 oz hot or cold mocha made to order. It obviously requires constant maintenance so hopefully that will be 100% dialed soon. (Wishlist: Hopefully they'll get a Redbox!) The soda machines are cool touchscreen devices, they have decent snack choices, and lots of beverages to choose from ranging from Icees to energy drinks to beer. And bottled water of course. Got my Chevron Visa credit card skimmed here. Caught someone using my card in Nor. Cal. I only used this card for gas at only this location so I know it happened here. I used it at the pumps because they don't have Apple Pay like nearly every other Chevron and because the employees here are ridiculously rude. Started going inside after that never knowing the exact amount it would take to fill up and always having to go back in and catching attitude for asking for a receipt because they never had any receipt paper at the pumps. I never come here anymore. I actually drive a few miles away from my job in the opposite direction to pump gas at a different Chevron with Apple Pay to avoid this one. I went there this morning at 830am to get a Carwash. When it was done, the windshield was obviously still wet so I turned on my wipers and heard screeching. To find out that the blade of the windshield wiper came off and now scratched my windshield. I went back to the guys to see if they have a blade, just in case it was already gone before I went in the Carwash. NOPE!!! The guy came back with my blade! He told me to call the manager at 930-10am. Called at 945am and spoke to Zumi, who kept telling me multiple times they are not responsible for any damage in their wash because it is touchless and it's foam. All he did was deny, when I told him his guys found my wiper blade INSIDE of the Carwash. Not sure if it's a good idea to go back and waste my time to show them what happened for nothing. He didn't even apologize, and didn't even offer to give me a refund. Do not go to this place!!!! Spend $13 for a quick car wash somewhere else. Rude manager! read more

If you don't believe me and you frequent this location often, use your card here at your own risk or at the very least, use it INSIDE with cashier. I rarely use this card, so looking at my statement I could easily see my purchase at this location ($40.00) AND two more transactions following that were not made from me, each ($100.00) made at other gas stations with MY CARD. FIX THE COFFEE CUPS! I stop in everyday for coffee here. It's on my way to work. I work 2 miles away from the gas station. I fill my cup of coffee and by the time I get to work, the bottom is already leaking out. I usually transfer to another cup once I get to work. Whatever is left in the store cup leaks out all over my desk unless I have napkins underneath to catch it. No the end of the world but really shitty. Today, I'm walking in with this giant coffee and just before I make it to the door the bottom gives out and showers me chest down in hot coffee. Do you know how shitty it is to walk in to work drenched in coffee? It's not fun. Shouldn't have went with the lowest bidder for cup providers. read more

I put some gas this morning and needed to check my tire pressure their equipment is not working and doesn't have a gauge on it pretty sad

I stop in here every morning. It's clean and they have all my favorite selections including healthy snacks! The cashiers work efficiently to get you out as fast as possible even working two registers if one transaction is taking too long and there is only one cashier which is appreciated. I don't give 5 stars because some of the cashiers are really rude and I agree with the other review on here about Priscilla. Carolina has had an attitude change not sure if it's because of how often I go in there or not but she's really nice to me now when she wasn't so much at first. I will keep going here because it's super convenient and they have my stuff but will definitely keep paying with cash based off these credit card fraud reviews, yikes! read more

Spent $60 on gas and $13 on a car wash here on 8/8/21 at 3:20pm. Car wash didn't work, half the brushes were broken and didn't clean my car. I went inside to complain and the rude lady with tats and plugs told me I had to go outside and tell the car wash guy to come inside and let her know cause she can't trust me. Just stopped in to get a couple of sodas. After the machines not cooperating and my soda, having no syrup just carbonated water, I said excuse me to one of the two women talking in Spanish behind the counter... after another 10 seconds of them finishing a conversation before addressing me, i let the girl with the very heavy makeup know the problem and her response was yeah a lot of them are empty we're out of them. I said which ones are you out of? She said Coke and Pepsi and I think a lot of the other ones... I chose a cherry soda and it came out green and I was done... I went to walk out and she informed me that they charge for the cups, that I was leaving behind... I let her know I chose a beverage that is red and it came out green. And I left. Waited 5 minutes for the girl to help me on the counter, never talked to me other then telling me my total, laughed at me when I didn't have enough money for the item I was purchasing, and rudely gave my my change. The Gas here is up to .25 to .40 cents at times more than anywhere else !! The manager is using the affective people in the east coast to raise his prices , go to the 76 station a quarter mile toward the 91 freeway that is a reasonable price .
