Fast, clean, and very nice personal touches!

I truly appreciate everything Roger has done for me over the past few days. My 2021 Cadillac engine completely went out on me. It had no power and we couldn't even get the doors unlocked. I went to 2 different places, including Cadillac dealer and couldn't get any help powering the car on. Roger came to work on my vehicle, same day, and quoted the best prices I could ask for with a mobile mechanic. He figured out the issue and helped me get my Cadillac in the best condition to take back to the dealership for the recall, including oil and coolant topped off. From the beginning, seems like a good man But the communication with him is hard agreed to get an appointment three times and only on the third time he was able to come and didn't disappear He told me he will pick up my car to his shop. I waited for him all day and he didn't showed up after that. I told him that I can bring the car myself. I spend a lot of money and another day was wasted because when I drove to the shop, it was God knows what not a normal shop and she never showed up. Meet the Business Owner: Manny and Roger D.

As the new owners at this station our goal is rise the reputation of the automotive field by being honest and fair technicians because we as kids saw our single mother struggle to maintain our one and only car and later finding out she was getting ripped off. Reasons like that ruin the automotive field's reputation which is why we bring this station to change that. Roger and I have a total of 20 years of experience working on cars. Our education background comes from UTI. Now we're reducing smog emissions for a cleaner breathing air to running a successfull/top rated automotive repair shop in Tustin/Irvine area. WHO in their right mind would agree to only a 6 mos warranty after paying that much?! So, the car ran well for about 7 months, then transmission went out. I called him, and had the car towed back over there. He said that " you know it's out of warranty, but I will see what I can do". So now he forgets about what he initially told me! So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready! When I got the car back he told me that he would not give me a new warranty! The car ran for another few months....then transmission went out again! Smh SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Oh, and he must know someone over here at YELP, because he had my 2 prior reviews taken down! Smh

This is by far the best place to come to get your car worked on. Very reasonable pricing and very honest mechanics. Customer service is also really good. They can fix just about anything on your car. From getting your smog done to even getting your engine replaced. They are happy to show you what's wrong with your car and will even show you the damaged parts. They're also honest when telling you what needs to be replaced and how much longer you have before you should consider getting the work done. Like I said, very honest mechanics. When getting an oil change they include tire rotation at no cost and will check your entire car for any problems regardless if the check engine light is on or not. I recommend requesting Roger for any problems with your car. Great attitude and lots of experience with cars. As far as smog, Manny is the smog guy to go to. Also great personality and will help you as much as possible to pass your car if it doesn't by doing a tune-up and such. Also you do not have to pay for the certification if you do not pass smog. They're pretty busy, but walk-ins are definitely welcome and they will try their best to squeeze you in as soon as possible if not you can always make an appointment too, works great with my hectic schedule! read more

They had my car for 3 months.. dragged it on for weeks and weeks and never answered a single phone call. When they finally said it was ready and running great, I went to pick up the car and the car had a dead battery, no gas, and brakes were seized. How could it have been running great earlier that morning? So I had to leave and another few weeks of little communication go by, and finally the car is ready again. I drove it for a couple weeks, and the carburetor they replaced is leaking badly. They promised a 1 year warranty on their work, but have been ignoring me ever since I paid. So after deciding to finally ditch my families go to mechanic all the way in Garden Grove, I came to Manny and Roger at Arco Smog Pros. So far I have gotten a few oil changes, brake job, and even a tire repair. Not only was my brake job a steal, they replaced an air filter free of charge. They can get pretty packed so I usually call and find a time where they dont have much going on. They are very friendly so it is never a hassle talking or dealing with them. Roger recommended changing out hoses that looked old but had no issues. A week after he replaced the hoses my car leaked all the radiator fluid due to lose hoses not being tightened. I should have told him to leave them as is as they were working fine before he got his hands on them. Like the old saying goes " if it ain't broken dont fix it" Roger seems to recommend services for your car which are not needed. Please be careful and only fix what's broken. read more
