I swear when I stopped here, it was probably near three or four in the morning. I was on a long drive back home. I was so glad that this gas station was not only open, but it was clean and the clerk was very friendly. I fueled up. I got some water and I needed to use the restroom before I jump back in the car. Everything was so easy. The restrooms are clean and available. All the prices and promos were clearly marked and labeled. This was a very easy pitstop. Wow, I'm actually surprised I haven't written a review for this Chevron. Well, here I go... I pass by this Chevron whenever I'm in the Fontana neighborhood shopping at Summit Heights Gateway (gas station is located here) or I'm across the street at Falcon Ridge Town Center doing more shopping. This Chevron's location is perfect as it's right before you head up north to the Devore area on 15 Fwy. Quite convenient. However, its gas prices here are a bit higher than at other Chevrons IMHO. The gas pumps are a bit dated, too. Hope they'll get some new pumps in 2025. I was here last night to get some gas. I paid at the pump so I didn't have any interactions with the staff. While I was pumping gas, I found myself stepping on sticky and dirty grounds. It was not the most pleasant gas pumping experience. Even though its location is convenient, I may have to find myself another Chevron that is cleaner at the pumps and cheaper in gas prices. Good luck Chevron! read more

I have been to many Chevron/ Extra Mile locations and this is by far the best. I have been coming here almost everyday for the past year and the staff is great. They are super friendly and helpful. Terrible service I went inside to buy some stuff. I had a larger bill and I politely asked would you be able to break this? I was told no you haven't bought enough stuff and I said OK. Well, I just bought over $150 worth of gas that should count for some stuff and she just shook her head and turned me down some heavyset Asian lady. Well now that's about 200 bucks a week to lose out on my purchasing of gas due to the fact that that counts for nothing I guess they won't care about that. She didn't say she didn't have the change. I've been going to this particular gas station since it was opened in Fontana. As I put $51 into my gas tank, I went inside the store to get change for $20. The employee working behind the counter (Michael) informed me that he cannot give me change because he was low on $10s, $5s and $1s and cannot have more than $70 in the register. I understood so I then asked to buy a box of Tic Tacs. Michael said, "I mean I can't deny you but just so you know you're screwing me here." I then got 3 $5s and the rest of the change. I feel like trying to guilt trip dedicated customers when asking for change and further trying to make paying customers feel bad when making an unintended transaction to get change, while filling up their vehicle, is the opposite of "going the extra mile." Naturally I'll continue to get gas here as I have for decades. Went in with my service dog to get a coffee and was kicked out cause "he's not supposed to be in there" no where is that posted inside or outside, and REGARDLESS, he's a service animal and needs to be with me 24/7 for my condition. PLENTY of pumps! And the pumps are clean. I love a self-service gas station, where you're in and out and don't need to enter the store unless desired. This is also one of the only gas stations that keeps their receipt machine filled with paper. This is so annoying when gas stations do not, and then force you to wait in a line for a receipt. There is nothing worse than a gas station having a dirty, gross restroom that smells. This place looks brand new. They were nice enough to come and take the machine apart for me, then make sure it worked right before I pumped gas. They were on the pricey side for this valley girl, but hey I needed it! This Chevron has actually become our go-to stop when we're coming home from Vegas... It's fairly easy to get to right off the freeway, it has a large lot and plenty of space to drive through, and even the bathrooms are super clean considering the high traffic it probably gets since it's close to the freeway. I can't really speak for the price of their gas since we only stop for snacks and the bathroom, but it's Chevron... you're paying for the Techron, duh! read more

Gas can be a bit pricey, but since gas prices have gone down, I've been gassing up here lately! This store is always busy. Sometimes you have to wait for a pump. And every time I go inside, I have to wait in a long line. :-( What makes me go so often, though, is my obsession with their Seattle's Best Coffee. In the center of the store, they have this awesome coffee set up, with a nice variety of cappuccino, coffee, creamers, etc. And the largest size is about $1.70. Beats Starbucks, especially if you like to get a large hot cup daily. I recently ran out of gas, and a friend had to bring me up here to purchase a gas can and get some gas to take back to my stranded car. Surprisingly the gas can was a bit difficult to operate, but one of the store clerks was very helpful in showing us how to use it. :-) read more

I normally don't buy gasoline at this location but it is convenient. Full service with carwash, air, water, mini mart. No diesel or propane at this location is the reason for 3 stars. Yet, so close to I-15 travelers but is lacking diesel and propane. Aside from that, we'll kept and always clean considering high volume of customers. read more

Paid $11.00 for the best car wash they have which includes rain-X. After I sat through the whole car wash I realized that their car wash only uses a spray effect. My car was sprayed with water, with soap, but never once was my car actually physically scrubbed with something. The spray was off calibration or something because I noticed it sprayed everywhere except the back of my car, it completely missed that part. I got off my car right away afterwards to see how clean my car actually was. My car was still dirty. I ran my finger across the hood of my car as well as both sides of my car still a very thick coat of dirt remained. I went back inside to get a refund. It was a waste of time. This place sucks. I paid for a deluxe car wash and got a code. The code said it expires on a certain date. I went exactly on the date of expiry and it didn't accept it. I asked the guy inside and he said it expired an hour ago. When I said that the coupon code doesn't say what time it expires and only that it expires on a certain date, he shrugged his shoulders and said I was supposed to know that. He didn't care one bit. When I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager... though honestly he didn't look like one, just some teenage punk who could care less. He said he can't renew the code or give me credit and was ok when I said he will lose a customer over $5. Terrible customer service and a callous attitude. Will never go here again. read more

My card info was stolen! I went to this gas station weeks ago and used my debit card for gas. Two days ago (06/23/14) someone used my card info. here at this gas station and now I am -$100!!!! Not only am I a broke college student, (and no I NEVER give out my pin information to anyone not even my parents!!!) now I have to pay for services I never received. Yes I filed a claim but it is not 100% that they will rule in my favor...This makes me feel super angry, uncomfortable, disgusted and I can't think how this happen if my card was in my wallet the entire time!!!!
