Okay this is a review for the Costco gas station in City of Industry. If you have been in the Costco warehouse then yes your assumption about the gas station is correct, it is super packed full of cars for a good amount of the day especially on weekends. If you are coming here for gas PLEASE be careful there are a huge number of drivers who are unsafe or will block the entrance to the gas station because they don't have enough decency or sense to move in to give more cars space. This will cause huge traffic jams at the entrances. This is when you will hopefully see a good costco gas attendant yell at the car to move in so other cars can come in. Costco a got some of the cheapest gas prices so it's worth it. Have fun and be safe everyone! read more

Cheapest gas around the City of Industry area. The only disadvantage is that you need membership, use either Amex or a Debit Card, and the lines are usually pretty long. Other than that, there isn't too much to gripe about this place. It's usually pretty clean and the pumps are rarely broken or non working. The pumps do close around 8:30~9pm (I don't remember the exact time), so you'll have to come during the business hours to pump. I don't see why they don't just leave them open 24 hours a day. read more

Great place to get gas without having to pay more for using your credit card!!! Costco gas is usually very competitive with their pricing so whenever I get a chance to fill up at Costco I do. Warning for those who have never filled at Costco: you have to have a Costco membership in order to go shopping in Costco or get the gas. This particular location does have its cons though. This Costco, in general, gets very crowded very fast and same goes for the gas station. If you don't want to wait in the excessively long lines to fill up I suggest you go within the first hour they open up. Just like going into the warehouse, the early bird gets the worm! Around 10-11 am. there will be cars lined up already 3-5 deep in each lane. Overall, it's a good place to get cheap gas if you are willing to wait a little to fill up. read more

IS THERE ANY TRAFFIC CONTROL HERE!?!?!? The thing I hate the most is idiotic drivers blocking one other to their pump. But to be fair, there's no traffic control or guides. No cones or blockages to guide customers to their pump. It's chaotically unbelievable. Comparing to Chino Hills Costo Gas, they are more fluent with having drivers guide to their pump. I come to this gas station when I forget to get my gas from the Torrance location. For the life of me, I don't understand why the so called attendants don't/won't direct the customers to keep the line moving. I sat in my car and watched a customer on their phone and not pull up to the pump. Instead of the attendant instructing/directing the car to move up, he just looked at the car and kept walking. He does this as one line to get in this place is on the street and the other is blocking the lane to exit to the street. I know we as members get our gas here to save .15 a gallon, but unless you come in the morning when they first open, I don't think it's worth coming here. Always great. Best prices, lines move fast, but if you know at what times the lines are the lowest, it's even better.

I always come here for gas. The only thing is that the lines are so long and they close early. Otherwise, it's always my choice of gas.

Despite having an insane amount of people after work coming here to save some money and fill up on gasoline. I'm very impressed at how this place manages to service so many people in such a short period of time without any fender benders or what not. Leave it to Costco (and Disney) to figure out how to deliver unparalleled customer service. and knowing that traditional gas station layouts suck and isn't conducive to how people fill up for gasoline nowadays. Well done Costco.. And yes, prices are lower than anywhere around especially if your automotive vehicle requires gas grades of 87 or higher. (Because I'm pretty sure they only offer 87 and 92) And yes, the gasoline nozzle works on BOTH sides. If your gas tank access is on the left side, you can still pull up to a RIGHT side station. Okay what can I say... it's a gas place and you pump gas, lol. Well, cheaper than your average gasoline station that is! You must have a Costco membership ($50) and now they accept Visa credit cards! Usually there's a line before you get your turn. The only thing about this location is that you may encounter the stereotypical drivers that are very infamous for their bad driving in this city. Recently, been having problems at Costco Potomac Mills gas station regarding Costco membership/Citibank credit card. My wife and I both have cards and there have been problems with both not being read when inserted and removed from slot. Today, I kept getting confusing messages such as "security chip" recognized. Multiple times kept asking me to insert card. Finally worked when I used the security chip tap card process. My wife recently had a similar problem with her card. The attendant suggested there may have been software problems. My wife also had a problem with the pump suddenly stopping after pumping some gas. read more

This is like any other Costco gas location but the layout of the entrance is horrendous. Most of the people who come to this location do not pull all the way in and always block the already narrow entrance. It's even worse when the refill tanks need to enter. But the pumps go fast and as long as everyone knows how to use the pumps it's fine. This is a high traffic location, though, so sometimes the lines back up to the streetside outside the gas area. read more

Costco always has cheaper gas than most places. The lines are long here but if you come in the mornings or a weekday, it's usually not that bad. I also like the layout of this gas station because it's easy to get people in and out. read more

I like buying costco gas here why because its always cheaper than nearby gas stations whereas the alhambra costco gas seems to be same as nearby gas stations.This location also has its own entrance separate from costco whereas the alhambra location you have to go through the parking lot to reach the gas station which can be a headache. Cheap gas and long lines, that pretty much sums it up for Costco gas. This one at puente hills gets pretty busy since it is right off the freeway, but I still go there since it is on the way to frank and son's or the various heroclix places or movies at the amc in puente hills mall. The only time when there is no line is pretty much at 6:30 when they first open in the morning. Don't even try coming at lunch time or between 4 to 6, it gets insane. read more

Long line! I know their gas little bit cheap than other gas station but every time I go there, at least wait 5minutes. I only get gas at Costco. I love it that they open so early, so I gas up on my way to work. They also close one hour after store closes, which is very convenient and less people at the pumps, so lines are not as long. Gas lines are always long. Gas is supposed to open at 5:30 a.m. M-F, went on 5/16/17 and attendant was still getting everything together at 5:35 a.m. Everything should be already to go by 5:30 a.m, not just setting up. read more
