Today on November 12th I went to buy a pretzel and was met with negativity and attitude. The moment I got there I was greeted by nobody and I saw the pretzel stand a mess. The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

There are so much to choose from. They have different spice level to choose from. Simply pick a ramen of your choice. Once you selected the package, pay at the counter. If you need to add any toppings, side dishes or make it a combo, you can do so at the counter. After you pay for Ramen, you can simply go and cook it. Instructions are provided on the machine step by step on how to cook the ramen and when to add the ingredients. Your ramen will be cooked within 4 minutes. You can also purchase snacks, drinks and ice cream desserts. They have merchandise like lalabu, beauty items, etc. Ordered: Added egg, green onions. It was delicious Rabokki Noodle dish. The flavor is incredible. With a bit of rice and soy sauce, it was perfect. The dumplings were flavorful. You can taste that they are homemade. They are meaty and filled with the chives. The skin is a bit too thick personally but still really good. I want to try to XLB now! Prices are on the pricey side but they are quality items!
