It turns out I was wrong and needed to exchange it for the same grill but gas. The box was never opened. Blackstone Retail Store in Logan, Utah refused to exchange my order. They would not even send me a free return slip. The grill was $199. I had to pay $118 to ship it back to them from Charleston, SC. I also have to pay a restocking fee of 10%! Not a way to do business and retain loyal customers! Do not buy from this store and do not buy Blackstone products. I work in a hospital and am a member of several national groups. I am telling everyone that this company sucks and does not deserve our business.

It's an absolute waste of time to even register your product because there is no support in the event that something happens to it. I have been trying to contact somebody for over a month... They have never answered their customer support line and any email response I get back is either automated or from an individual that says they want to help me but as soon as I reply back to that individual they are gone. I have done that via email at least six times and no one is getting to the bottom of my issue. Again I love their products... Recently bought two in the last 30 days but I will never buy another Blackstone product because of the lack of support. I'm sure there are other name brands out there with support that actually exist and people that actually care about their customers.

She helped a different customer and a third person came out a young lady and like the other two welcome to me very warmly and between the two young women they worked on my problem. They knew what they were doing they were knowledgeable about what their product was and which battery I needed specifically for my motorcycle. I cannot tell you the quality the battery yet I'll have to get back to you in 5 years but as far as service alone I would definitely come back next time I need a battery! Very good customer service. The worker would not take it back and then said that he would give me a 50% refund on the $117.00 battery and that is not acceptable. as I reflect on my purchases from Interstate I have had to buy a new battery for my wheeler every year, if they only last one year does that mean they are designed to fail after a year weather they have had acid in them or not. I would not recommend Interstate Batteries ever again and will go elsewhere in the future.

I bet this was formerly a grocery store, meaning the interior is not giant, but they have a good mix of things. Upon first walking in, if you head to the very left of the store, you will find the cheapest stuff, some of it overstock, or more likely, expired or nearly so grocery items. A few examples: $0.25 gum or candy bars, $0.50 chips and other snacks, $1.00 cookies, nut butters, etc. Most of that is full of preservatives so you are probably safe if planning to consume right away. I nabbed a ton of gum, because what can even go bad in that, but follow your best judgment! Heading to the right from here, you will come across the standard grocery items, and many were the same price as a regular store, though still worth a look, as you never know what you'll come across. Bulk bags of flours, powdered milk and rice lie on pallets up front. Home goods live in the center, and there were some real surprises here: Instant Pots, Le Creuset stoneware sets, Keurig coffee makers, etc. Some of it is damaged or missing parts, so, like everything else in the store, do your due diligence and check it out, but there is a possibility for some real finds! Following that was some office/school supplies, baby items, toys, and finally clothing. The latter seemed to be poorer quality/no-brand as compared to the rest of the store, but it is still incredibly cheap if that is what you are looking for. I have two examples so far. My roommate and I came over with 14 items in our cart knowing that we would check out separately (so it was more like 7 items a transaction) and were told to go to the main checkout lanes during a peak time. This was because we put our items in the same cart. Second I bought a bulk item that required I enter the quantity of the item. It WAS sixteen, but it was entering the Bulk # and then typing the number of that item into the keypad. It would have been the same speed for any bulk item. And then after I finished checking out, the self check out employee walked over and informed me that in the future I would need to go to the main checkout lane for that kind of transaction instead. I understand the need to keep express lanes fast, but this feels like the employees have been given overzealous instructions. I will be limiting my shopping here in the future.

A place I go to get a specific brand of Bass fishing worm. They have a decent sporting goods department in most stores which is the hook for me. This store also has a LOT of USU gear so you look right when you go to the school's sporting events! It's also one of the largest chains in the world and this store helps a lot of families set their kids up on and off campus! There are a ton of self check out kiosks! Waiting in lines is not for me! Yes it's giant! Yes they have almost everything on earth and yes, it'll cost you less than most everywhere else! And this Walmart is a five star Walmart!
