Wow! This has got to be one of Walmart's motherships! There's a grocery store that is much larger than my grocery store, inside this Walmart mothership! I'm calling it that because the rest of the store looks and feels 3X bigger than most Walmarts! Now having said that, Walmart is Walmart! It is what it is! A place I go to get a specific brand of Bass fishing worm. They have a decent sporting goods department in most stores which is the hook for me. This store also has a LOT of USU gear so you look right when you go to the school's sporting events! It's also one of the largest chains in the world and this store helps a lot of families set their kids up on and off campus! There are a ton of self check out kiosks! Waiting in lines is not for me! Instead of opening more check stands they opted to make more self check outs. I love that because sometimes I forget to ring an item so I get it for free. Hum. Not my fault. I was not paid to work here therefore I was not trained properly. The check stand I went through had the sweetest lady working it. She called me "pretty." I know she was just being nice, because I am FAR FROM PRETTY. But I appreciate the sentiment. I only gave 3 stars because I hate that they put in more self checkouts. Me again! Here to say I gave Wal-mart ANOTHER chance (ill deserved) and still was left massively disappointed. I placed a pickup order and proceeded to wait over an hour for someone to bring my order to my car. After an hour I called the store to ensure there hadn't been a mix up. Surprise!! There was. My order was never ready. I was assured my order will now be out asap. I chose to wait a little longer since these groceries were important. 15 minutes so by and a worker comes out with 1 item. I ordered 20+ items. The worker was just as confused as I was when I questioned about the rest of my order. Let's recap. 1. Waited over an hour 2. I don't know what's going on at the North Logan Walmart but it is very difficult to find anything in the store it's very difficult to find a small shopping cart it's also very difficult to find those little blue baskets so all they have available now is great big monstrous baskets I think this is a psychological play to have you take one so you can fill the damn thing up to the top well it's a pain in the butt to push it around for two little things in your basket I guess I need to find someplace else that has more convenient shopping going on like maybe Costco WinCo bye-bye Walmart read more

The world's most horrible customer service. Cashier's are extremely slow at their job. When you go to somewhere like Smiths, they are the fastest at their job. The lines wouldn't be so backed up for so long if the cashier's didn't take their precious time. I expect to be at the grocery store for a long time because there's always going to be a lot of people there, but I don't expect to wait in line for as long as I wait in the In N Out Burger line in a place like Walmart. read more

Great Prices, TERRIBLE SERVICE I went to get 1 tire replaced at the auto center. I was informed it would be 2-2.5 hours. APPARENTLY IT TOOK THEM 5 HOURS TO REPLACE ONE TIRE. It is obvious their ability to give a proper time table is non-existent. It would have saved me more time if they permitted reservations, so I could drop off my vehicle, when they could actually begin service. I'd be happy to purchase more tires from them, But I'll be going to one of their competitors to install it. read more

The same items are lower at Smith's, but they don't price match either and you are stuck with the high priced food item but you can't return anything even if it never left the store, because of the VIRUS at the store. Employees at this location are not trained on how to assist customers. I purchased a large item and chose pick up so that I could have it brought out to my truck because I have 2 small children. About an hour before I went to get it I received a notification that my item was canceled. I tried calling about 5 times and not 1 employees could give me an answer or help me. I went to the store and found the item myself but wasn't able to carry it out or place it in a cart because of it's size plus my 2 children that were with me. I asked 3 employees to help me and non of them were willing to help and just gave me blank stares and told me they couldn't do anything or contact anyone either. I finally found someone with a cart (I'm assuming from the garden section and told him I needed help) I left completely frustrated that no one was willing to help assist my purchase. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Walmart is not interested in training their employees on how to assist customers and how to problem solve. read more

I would rather go to the South Walmart than this one. The north walmart has shoddy management and that has rolled down to their employees they've hired as well. There is a huge difference between the staff a the North and South walmarts. I've had too many bad experiences with staff at the North location, and I don't enjoy going there, and do my best to shop elsewhere whenever I possibly can. read more

Horrible customer service! Beyond lazy at the deli. If a customer asks for a pound of ham, it's not a good business strategy to pull an end hunk out of some drawer, call it close enough, and then not even offer to slice it. Unbelievable. I really don't think I'm the only person who wants their deli meat sliced. I was the only customer, so I hate to think what would have happened if he was busy. read more

I'm not a fan of Walmart. However- they do have gluten free noodles that fit my student-mama budget. They are a couple dollars cheaper here than at the other stores in town, for the same kinds of GF noodles. So, I only shop here for those, and the only reason I would ever recommend them. I got my oil changed at the North Walmart today. They used to be crazy cheap and i love being able to get my groceries done while they take care of the job. Prices have been up so they really arent much of a deal any more, but its still convenient. Today was ridiculous. They were busy so it took a long time, totally understandable, but there was oil all over the inside of the car. It looked like someone dipped their hand in a bucket of motor oil then grabbed the arm rest between seat. The steering wheel was greasy, though not visibly so. And i know it's a little thing, but they put the oil sticker on the windshield at a 45 degree angle with thumb prints all around it. how is that not going to annoy people? I dont want to sound dramatic, if only i could post pictures... I've gotten oil there before and like i said i normally love it. Hopefully this was just a fluke. Either way, i'm not sure i'd go back. read more

Haribo Sugar Free Gummy Bears I arrived home from school to a box on my front porch. Excited, I grabbed the box and ran inside to open it. When I first opened the bag I smelled a nice fruity aroma wafting out. The small, chewy, and colorful bears look innocent, but don't let that fool you. I shoveled a few into my mouth and chomped down on them. They were delicious, very flavorful, fruity, and chewy. I would have never suspected the harm that comes from eating them. I'm certain the other reviews for this product were toned down because the pain I felt was unimaginable. A few minutes later, I started to hear strange sounds and feel gurgling in my gut. I thought nothing of it, which was a huge mistake. I should have gone to the toilet while I still had the chance. Suddenly, I felt something I can only explain as a nuclear bomb going off in my gut. My stomach was on fire. It was pain so intense that it felt like I was trying to push an elephant through the needle of a syringe. I thought I was going to die. I tried to hold it in as I stumbled down the hall to the bathroom but my legs gave way and I fell onto the cold hard floor. Grabbing at the slippery floor I tried to crawl, but I didn't make it. I couldn't hold it in any longer. The hordes of hell exploded releasing a jet stream of fiery feces that was so powerful it made me skip across the floor. I've had diarrhea before, and that was nothing compared to this. The bathroom was only a couple feet in front of me, and I managed to drag myself into the room and onto the toilet. I thought it would help, but it didn't. The toilet proved useless in fending off the amount of feces coming out of my body. I still wonder how my body was capable of dispatching so much human feces. The bathroom was flooded with human feces. My family was lucky to not be home at that time. Had they been there, they would have sustained third degree burns like I did. I had to burn everything touched by my feces and then bury it in a really deep hole to cover up the smell. I was in the hospital for a week after the accident. All in all, I'd give this product a solid 10/10. I definitely recommend this product. read more

I tried for long time to shop there. I would go to another market and pay more if we didn't have the south store. Always out of the basics and long checkout lines. It's alot more convenient to go to the north store but would rather drive further or pay more than go to north store. read more
