I placed an online fragrance order around 4:30 p.m. and later found out that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are typically processed the next day. Since I live far away, I called the store hoping there might be a solution. Denise was incredibly understanding, professional, and eager to help. After listening to my situation, she took the initiative to see what she could do. A few minutes later, she came back on the line and let me know she was able to make an exception. Within minutes, I received my pickup confirmation email exactly as she promised and was able to pick up my order that same day. When I arrived, I made sure to thank Denise in person because service like hers is becoming increasingly rare. She went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and made me feel like a valued customer. Dillard's is fortunate to have someone like Denise representing its brand. This Pembroke Lakes mall provides two completely separate sides for men and women at the Dillard's…read moreclothing, perfume and cosmetic store. Many big brand clothing and cosmetic companies throughout this store. While the wife was shopping for dresses I walked to the other side to the suit section and found a great selection on sale. The cotton sports coats were on sale for $205.00. The employee assisted me and tried on one of the coats which actually fit pretty well without the need of alterations. The color was not quite what I needed. I will continue to pop in here again to check the new inventory.

The men's section is basically divided by a Sephora cosmetics store with the women's clothing and accessories eating up about 70% of the rest of the space with homegoods at the far back. Found a few very good quality heavy fabric Under Armour shirts but pricey. Trinity Coast rayon collar skull imprint shirts at discounted prices but very very few 2XL sizes but a decent pattern selection. They do have a Big Men's area toward the back but those are just way too large - most are for linebackers. A big Levis denim section with graphic rock n' roll T-shirts but 100% cotton so they shrink to a belly shirt after you accidentally dry them on high heat once. They had a thin selection of Under Armour sneakers but no high tops. The dressing room and bathrooms were out of service due to some kind of malfunction. They offer a wheel chair at the front door for handicap customers.

The staff keeps the store tidy and are helpful to the customers. I have to say due to the location there are a few employees that do not know English. I want to point out last weekend when I came shopping I had the Maxx-imum experience with your employee Odalys. Odalys does not only have multi color hair, but a multi faceted personality. She was very helpful and I loved how she packaged my items....oh and she knows perfect English! KUDOS for hiring such an exemplary employee.
