This is my favorite TJ Maxx store because of the items they have for sell (not every store has the same things available). They have a massive parking, so it's easy to find one. The staff keeps the store tidy and are helpful to the customers. I have to say due to the location there are a few employees that do not know English. I want to point out last weekend when I came shopping I had the Maxx-imum experience with your employee Odalys. Odalys does not only have multi color hair, but a multi faceted personality. She was very helpful and I loved how she packaged my items....oh and she knows perfect English! KUDOS for hiring such an exemplary employee. read more

I love coming to this TJ Max because it's located in a great area! Everything is usually well organized and there are tons of great merchandise. You can definitely find some great finds from purses, makeup, shoes, etc.... The fitting rooms also organized and the ladies that are in charge of that part are always super nice! However, I give it 4 stars because the checkout process is horrible. They have 9 checkout registers but always only have 2-4 employees working when there's a super long line majority of the time. read more

Horrible Service! The return and exchange policy is vague and badly written. The store manager was just as uninterested as the woman in the jewelry department to help. They didn't even offer any solutions. I received a Birthday gift with a gift receipt. They wouldn't exchange it or even change the ring for the correct size. They not only lost me and my husband as customers but my mom shops there DAILY And always leaves with something. She won't be back either. read more

Today I was in the shopping mood. My go-to place to find great deals for brand name products is TJ Maxx! If you dig deep you end up finding good stuff. Home, clothes, shoes, makeup, perfumes, jewelry. Pretty much anything you need. Today, I was most impressed. One of thee employees was going around asking multiple customers if they needed a cart. GREAT service. This should be always! I can't count the times I've had a trillion things on hand struggling to hold everything, passed my multiple employees and not one has had the courtesy to offer a cart. Yes! However, I didn't give up 5 stars because the lady at the register called the next customer in line while I was still putting my cash away. The difference between someone who makes the best out of their job and another who is just there for the paycheck. Wish I got their names. read more

Dear TJ Maxx, I always do well at this location. I think each location chooses the products it will carry and this store has a great selection of brands that I like, from Ralph Lauren, to Tahari, and even Kate Spade! There is always a really great selection of shoes, although one really has to dig. But I have found some phenomenal deals here. Even on exclusive brands, you just have to be willing to spend some time. The clothes are usually a bit disorganized and the racks are usually in disarray. If you can deal with this, you will find the great items for sinful prices; if you can't deal, you will go home empty handed. That being said, this is another time consuming process of searching through the mess one item at a time. It's worth it, trust me! I found awesome shirts for $7 each and a couple nice blouses for work at $9! I love shopping and better yet when it's at such a great deal, however, I can only come here when I'm in that certain patient mood to get down and dirty in the clothing racks. Until then... I have a love-hate relationship with this TJ Maxx. What I dislike about this location: 1. LONG LINES. It's not unusual for the line to wrap around and make its way far down the store. I've never been here and seen a normal sized line. 2. Disorganized. Get ready to spend lots of time stumbling over shoes on the floor, digging through piles of hair supplies, and rummaging through the poorly organized racks. 3. SOME rude employees. 4. Lack of size 5-5.5 shoes. What I love: 1. Amazing selection. You will have to spend lots of time digging through the stuff, but there are gems in this store. I've gotten lots of really great items, especially purses, at incredible prices. I've been to plenty of TJMaxx locations but this is the one where I end up walking out with tons of stuff. 2. SOME employees are very friendly! I've noticed it's the younger folks working here that are very pleasant and helpful. That should even out to about 3 stars. :) read more

I was browsing around when my sister and I saw the perfect patio set for my terrace. We couldn't find price anywhere. When I asked the manager it was because another lady had just purchased it. I was super bummed out about it and manager said he didn't know if they'd be getting another set. He offered to take my number, took a picture of the set and sent it to the "district" to see if any other stores were carrying it. At 5:30, 3.5 hours later, Rudy the manager of the TJ Maxx in coral way and 84 called to inform that another store had responded. I was able to call and put it on hold while my husband went over to purchase it. Thanks to Rudy, I have the best Broyhill patio set for my terrace at an amazing price!!! read more

As a neighbor to this store, i remind the managers that they have a responsibility to control their shopping carts. They are allowing clients to leave the parking lot with the shopping carts and clients subsequently abandon these carts in our lawns and driveways. Other stores either control their cart inventory by electronic means or hire spotters who patrol the neighborhood and promptly retrieve abandoned shopping carts. Several of your carts have been on SW 20th Street near 84th Avenue for months now. Please do the right thing and control your shopping carts! read more

This place is the shiznit! It always has great clothes at ridiculously affordable prices. I've gone to this location on several occasions, and I always leave with either a new shirt, or new pair of jeans; and I'm not talking about that cheap looking stuff either. I'm talking about nice stuff. I was hesitant at first about reviewing this place because I didn't want anyone else to know - it was my secret. For lack of better words, the employees here are just plain incompetent. I would give this place zero stars, but to my dismay that is not possible. I came here early to look for some cheap workout gear. The old lady at the changing rooms seemed to have an issue with me because I didn't speak Spanish - she was perfectly pleasant to the other Spanish speaking customers infront of me. After I had to go through everything with her, I asked her where they kept the umbrellas. Her response was to look at me and say "No."...wow, you're doing a great job lady! After that, I found a lady at the jewelry counter who was a little more...competent. She pointed exactly where the umbrellas were. So as I check out, it's not the longest line I had ever seen. However, the time it took for everyone to pay was way longer than I had ever had to wait. The reason being: the cashiers were taking their sweet time. I even saw one customer just standing at the counter, after she had already paid to talk for a full 5 minutes. I love the TJ Maxx chain, but I would rather drive 45 minutes to a different location in Kendall than ever show my face here. read more
