We had dropped off the medication at 3 in the afternoon by the evening when I went to get it it wasn't ready so unfortunately I went back in the morning to get it and still not filled. Yesterday was the worst visit yet. We came to get some groceries and have lunch with the kids. The…read morelady at the cafe was by herself. Everyone in a very long slow lane was very patient. I got part of my food and took to the husband and kids. I came back for my last item. The lady just plain yelled at me for not waiting for all of it right away and continued to yell that she is alone and it's my job to stand there. Well, it's not my job to get yelled at in front of the full cafe and my own kids for not meeting someone's expectations. It's also not my job to make sure this lady is not alone during a weekend lunch hour. When we were leaving the lady was gone and 3! People took her place. I feel bad for her having a hard day I also had to explain to my kids that I did not do anything wrong. Do better, Sam's Club. Staff the cafe during the lunch hour on the weekend with 2-3 people not one person.

This was the third walgreens I visited because I needed aquaphor. They have a deal going on for a pack of 2 and it's 2/$15 so I wanted to snag that deal. Aquaphor is the ONLY chapstick that works for me. Everything else makes my lips peel or crack and I'm pretty frugal so I wanted to save wherever I could. Unfortunately, I could only find ONE two pack. I was desperate and searching around the store for another one, but to no avail. I ended up going to the cash register and asked her if there was another display that might have more in stock. She asked if I checked the other display by beauty and I did, but nothing. She said unfortunately there was no place else. I gave up, but I told her I understood and it was okay. But she filled me in on what walgreens usually does when they get in more stock and to check back then. When she scanned the item, it didn't display the deal I was referring to so she asked me where I saw it. I pulled out my phone to show her my app and she was like "ohhh, I see." she asked to see my phone to look around and said that when the other pairing of a deal is missing, they will honor half of it. SO GRATEFUL FOR THE INFORMATION! SO GRATEFUL FOR HER! My lips were in so much pain so it seriously made my day! I also had a lot of rewards and ending up owning only $1! What a steal! Rang for 5-10 minutes each time no answer. Once there was an answer but they immediately hung up (no words spoken). Finally gave up went before they closed because we needed the medicine! We got in drive thru line at 5:40 with two cars in front of us. We have small kids so we opted to use the drive thru. Get to the window at 5:57- they ask for our information type type... more information... type type... 6 pm you have to come back tomorrow. We ask why it would take a full day for one prescription. Answer: "oh we close at 6 pm" but you are already talking to us and we got here before 6.... The system closes at 6pm...

My doctors treating me are some of the best in the world and she challenges them on their prescriptions. She abuses her position like she believes she has power but all she is doing is loosing customers aka patients to other pharmacies. If the owner of this Walgreens is smart they'd fire her since the pharmacy is the profit center of any Walgreens and the owner would be much more Profitable firing her and bringing in a manager who is patient oriented and cares about the fact that patients, many of which have terminal illnesses, should be treated with care vs her rude and abusive treatment of all of the patients she is their to serve. Shame on her. If she wants to abuse her power she should go work at the USPS.
