My wife and I have been good customers for Costco till now. She bought 51/2 lbs of beef brisket flat cut boneless for the price $49.09 this afternoon. Upon having unwrapped the meat, she found its top part only looking good and bottom part practically all fat. And she threw out 1/2 of meat, because it was all fat. She was very upset and felt cheated. She said she would never buy meat from Costco anymore. I told her we should let them know this dishonest sale even though she thinks useless. read more

I really enjoy both Costco and SAMs. Both are 5 stars however Costco has more free samples throughout the day. So if you like to try food and beverage items then choose Costco. For best prices it really requires a comparison as I have found both to be lowest across many items. read more

This is the Costco location that will leave you empty handed. Customer service is apparently a joke here. The products they carry are worthless to me. Why come here? Just go to the regular stores and buy two if you need extra. There is no consideration for dietary differences, a serious lack of variety in general. Five years ago I loved Costco because they had so many options. But unless you're in a certain town apparently these other stores are worthless and very similar to their competitors these days. I have watched the decline, I have noticed my family purchasing less and less with every visit due to lack of variety or the brands/products disappeared from their inventory. I purchased a great throw and some towels from Costco and for the life of me I cannot find them anymore. In their places I have purchased other throws and towels that cost more but the quality is shoddy. Shedding and fraying and a waste of time and money. I have tried two different brands since the other brands have disappeared from Costco stores. Both the throws were shedding masses before and after numerous washing attempts. Costco is starting to give me a headache and now that I have yelped it out I will end with this: There are some decent Costco stores. This store really is a waste of time. May 26 2016 I opened a letter from Costco. The composition date on the letterhead was May 4. It said between April 26 and May 3 I purchased one of the products below being voluntarily recalled for Lysteria. and gave a hotline for "questions". It's almost a full month since the purchase! We bought the broccolli and used it within 10 days. What good is a recall they know about but don't tell you about for a month. They didn't send the letter on May 4th or even within the week. Normally I love Costco and they do a ton a things right. However this time they got it really wrong. read more

BEWARE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE if you have an issue. We have been members for years and decided to use the Costco recommended Intermedia phone service for our small business. From the beginning, the voice quality was poor and the phones were not programed to our needs. Despite following the recommended adjustments there was no improvement. Intermedia then began to give different excuses every time we called. We have a call log to prove it. Finally, after 6 months, and numerous complaints from our customers and our employees, we cancelled the Intermedia contract. We simply could not continue with the poor quality phones. Because we used Intermedia for less than one year, Intermedia billed us for the "phone discount", and charged additional $400 in cancellation fees. This negates the $400 Costco gift card you get when you sign up. This was promised to be prorated, so we should at least have $200 credit. To top it off, they have locked the phones, so we are unable to sell or use them in anyway. We have been to the Costco service desk, who could not help us. We called Costco customer service, and after on hold for one hour, were able to get to a supervisor who sent an email to the Costco manager in charge of Intermedia. That was 2 weeks ago and we have not heard back. I have also emailed customer service directly. Again no reply. Today, i will try one more time to go to customer service desk. I will cancel my membership, solely based on the poor customer service and lack of follow up on the issue. I trust Costco to vet their associate vendors. I trust Costco to support me when their vendor does not provide quality service. Intermedia did not perform like a JD Power award winner. In fact, they only became agressive and interested in fixing our problem once we responded to their customer survey. I guess JD Power sees that. I will not trust Costco business services again. I have never posted a negative review, but sometimes you just need to feel your voice heard. read more

This review is for the pharmacy at this location. I have been using this pharmacy for about 10 years now & I have needed to switch for AT LEAST the last 2 years because, honestly, I feel exhausted after trying to get 2 prescriptions filled once a month. I can't think of any business that I use on a regular basis that is as poorly run as this pharmacy! I feel like if I lived in the olden days & had to make my own meds out of forest shavings with a mortal & pestle, it would be WAY easier!! They get prescriptions wrong, I've gotten the wrong # of pills (what are they if not pill counters!!) & getting a prescription filled takes AT LEAST 2 days & that isn't an exaggeration. For instance, I reordered my prescriptions at around 3p 2 days ago, it still shows status as waiting for dr. to approve, I call dr. ofc they tell me they did this at least a day ago, I then call costco they say that they have the approval but, gosh darn it, with lunch & breaks (seriously, Jen said this to me over the phone) it is hard to keep up & there are 6 people ahead of me?!? I ordered 2 days ago? She's like yeah but we don't check the vm when we are at lunch until at least 3p? How do you argue with that? WELL THANKS ANYWAY!! If you need meds to stay alive, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY cause with lunch & breaks - you'll die. read more

I looooove Costco for sure! It's insane how much money I end up spending over one trip but it is always well worth it in the end. It's always so much fun to go on a weekend because that's when they do a lot of samples. It's way more busy with people walking about and longer check out lines, but I think it's the best time to go since you get to try a bunch of their new products. It's super hard not to get tempted though with all the samples so you really need a list and focus on only buying the items you actually need. Most of the time my hubby and I only get cleaning and hygiene items, sometimes we buy food items but rarely anything that is quickly perishable since we are only a two person household. After shopping, I always get a treat...Polish Hot Dog with Soda for $1.50 or a Churro for $1.00, insanely cheap. I really enjoy going to Costco and I recommend a membership there over Sam's Club because they have better products, more organic options and their Kirkland Brand is high quality. read more

They have a decent selection of organic and "Non-gmo project verified" products here, for cheaper than buying non-organic elsewhere.
