He was working today and made me uncomfortable, yet again. The women there are always so nice. It's like I always catch him on the worst day. Multiple times he's made inappropriate facial expressions and comments about women. When they leave, he ignores the customers next in line and is obviously gawking at their behinds inappropriately as he bites his knuckles and mouths "My god". How uncomfortable, have some self-control. Today, he ignored me for as long as he could fake move things around shelves until I guess he felt ready to service another customer??? I ordered a pack of smokes. He seemed pretty annoyed with me, I could tell he wasn't listening to the type I was saying. I was purchasing multiple things, so I didn't notice at first that he had accidentally grabbed the wrong pack, it was out of my sight. I paid, saw the wrong pack and politely asked for menthol. His response; *Sharply* "Why didn't you say that?!" Uhhhh???? I repeated the type and apologized. He was still firm on an annoyed and cold tone-"You should have said something-that could be a price difference" I responded no worries and I would pay the difference if there was one. He re asked for my Id, hardly handed it back so I'd have to reach across the counter, Left to call for help and wouldn't give eye contact the rest of the time. The manager who came to help was a sweetheart and was so kind. He is always so uncomfortable and so rude. Don't expect decent treatment unless you're a lady in yoga pants.

I…read morejust got back from refilling one of their huge drink cup (refills are cheap under 1.00 and they have Gatorade :-). )There was a young lady mopping the floors and as I tried to move out of her way she said that I didn't have to move and that she would do it when I moved from the area. I also thought it was nice that she left a dry runway for me to get to the register to check out instead of trapping me in with a wet floor. A lot of places I would go would ask me to move or actually bump my foot to move me, or go around but drench the floor so people could potentially slip. That is actually the whole reason I just downloaded Yelp I'm tired of people mistreating people and rude people getting away with so much, because know one will say anything. So I went to my bank, they checked the QT app, found out that, $20 gas pumped, but another $20 was taken out the same day for no apparent reason. So my bank contacted QT, told them to put back $20 that was taken out, immediately QT contacted Checkredi, they threatened me, they harassed me, telling me that my bank contacted them, and that I owed them $20, if I don't pay back $20 immediately, they will damage my account, without any explanation, without any investigation, checkredi immediately blocked my account with QT, they gave a day to reply or else!! What kind of a business is this QT?? Ever since QT opened in the Saint Louis areas, it has been my go to store and gas station. I've never done anything to deserve this treatment from QT. People be careful, QT is not what you think. They are not very nice! Checkredi, or Quik Trip, see you in court! Is that how you treat your customers? You should do better than that!

The location is only mediocre clean. Often half the pumps don't work. They are covered with yellow bags. The staff is mildly friendly, though I have never seen them rude. The entrance is very loorly laid out and multiple accidents have already occurred. Definitely not their best job on this location. I reported it over the phone and received at nice big, too bad that's the way it is. Even their corporate has gone down hill. Three thumbs down!!!

Nary a day passes during the summer that I don't have a Quiktrip fountain beverage in my center console...and I'm not alone. I have many friends obsessed with this soda fountain. It's best when they have their 69 cent summer special on the 32 ounce fountain drinks. But seriously, Quiktrip is the best for so many other reasons. Their gas is always cheapest (if only by pennies, but hey, those pennies add up) and being the chain smoker that I am, I always stock up on a carton before heading back to Boston for school. I will be glad that I am moving home to be near my Quiktrip again. Sorry Hess, sorry, store 24...nothing in Boston compares.

Heres how to fix- 1) Wear your damn mask 2) Stop playing on your phone at work 3) Greet customers in a friendly manner when they walk in vs telling them you cant help them before you even know what that entails. 4) Attempt to provide the service they are asking for. If something happens that prevents it i.e. you scan my scratcher and see its too large for you to cash, or maybe someone needs propane and you cant find the key advise accordingly at that time. I realize the wages offered at businesses like this aren't designed to attract a professional level of employee. But just because the labor is cheap shouldn't equate to piss poor customer service being acceptable.

Costco is all about getting people in and out quickly, so there isn't a restroom at the gas pump area and they don't have squeegees here. Scan your membership card, scan your payment and start fueling. What most folks don't understand is that you can line up on either side unless you have a really tall vehicle.
