Dog. Look at how much longer the dog is than the bun? I spoke with customer service, and they escalated to corporate, but no response yet.

You cannot find a better deal. A hot dog, slice of pizza, two chocolate shake things... I think it was $8. I absolutely hate the rat race inside of Costco's. It is the peak of consumerism, but the food court is a winner. Thank you, loss leader! They could work on their hot dog to bun ratio though. I mean, there is not enough bun. There is plenty of dog, but can we get a longer bun please?

Good place if your looking to get stuff in bulk especially if you have a big family this is the perfect place to shop.

Had the best day at Costco. We went today at 12:45 pm and it was EMPTY! The samples were all out and they were so good. We got everything we needed and then some more stuff. I got a blanket that is better than the barefoot dreams blanket and soo much cheaper. Me and my pups have been cuddling up all day. I also stocked up on diapers and it's the only place I can find my formula for my baby. We also got a birthday cake for my brother in law that was delicious!

It's super busy and multiple lanes are closed...

It's almost Christmas, and the lines are going all the way into the store, the parking lot is almost full, yet multiple lanes are closed, and the managers are doing a poor job of managing the queues. Tried talking to a manager about it and they didn't seem to care.

Passive aggressive Costco employee handed me a half full frozen yogurt because she thought I should be charged more.

Oh, I am HEATED you guys. I call Fridays "Froyo Friday", because I go to Costco every week to get my favorite açaí frozen yogurt. I typically go to the Arvada Costco, but I was in the neighborhood for work so I figured I'd shorten my trip. When I asked for the frozen yogurt with just the açaí flavor, the woman working the counter (today. 1/18 at 12:45 PM- yeah, I'm that kind of mad) looked confused. I let her know they typically charge me for the swirl, to make it clear I wasn't expecting the cheaper priced frozen yogurt cup. She looked confused again and said, "Yeah, but the açaí flavor is really expensive... so... really it should be charged more like a bowl". I was annoyed, so I admittedly said in a hurried way, "just do the swirl then", because the bowl is $5 versus the swirl's $3 price tag. I didn't feel like paying double. She turned around without a word, filled the cup, and set down (again, without a word) a NOT EVEN HALF FULL cup of froyo with just the açaí flavor. No discussion, like "I can charge that price but I have to give you less", not even the swirl I had requested instead. A HALF FULL cup. I grabbed it and walked away because I was so annoyed at the passive aggressive way this was handled, and because I had a terrible day at work and just wanted a cup of froyo. I will never be back to this Costco, and honestly find this to be so petty and upsetting I would consider contacting corporate. I know that's ridiculous over a cup of yogurt, but this one really made me mad. Keep in mind, I paid the swirl price for this half full cup, and would have been fine with the swirl if she didn't think the pricing was appropriate. This I am absolutely not fine with, though. See the attached photo and tell me if you'd be mad. I'll just be in the corner doing yoga breathing trying to calm myself down. To me, this is completely unacceptable.

The past few years have been experiencing excessive harassment by the theft prevention group, I get they have a job to do but it is pretty evident they target certain groups by race and color, not by being a very outstanding long term customer who has at times driven back to the store due to cashier mistakes, who refunded too much money and paid them (yes, I have kept receipts), one of many nights the TP persons was very annoying followed me to the check out line, staring at me like he was on to something big, after I left, I did call the store and spoke to the manger on duty, she was such an ass that it is hard to understand how she was a manger yelling and being very proud of the TP group harassing me, a few days later I was shopping there and the same manager stood in front of me staring at me like she was something special, now when I check in "at the front door, they text over including TP and they upped their targeting and harassment, so be it!!! Fact: employees steal more than customers by over $5 Billion annually! After all, mangers and members of the TP are employees.

He was very kind, patient, and informative. He gave me detailed instructions over the phone on how to take air out of my tire since I had more air in my tires than needed. When I arrived, Cooper continued to be incredibly helpful. He took the time to assist me in person, showing me in detail how to put air in and how to let air out of my tires properly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to do, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel much less stressful. It's not often you come across someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help, but Cooper definitely went above and beyond. Thank you to Cooper!
