Costco overall is awesome , they just upgraded the membership checkpoint in the entrance lol.. you scan your Costco card to enter , I've only done this with my phone not the actual card itself. Costco is a wholesale store and also offers a variety of amazing deals and dupes for its members. Personally we have purchased our Apple products here because besides whatever Apple deal is happening you also get a Costco discount. Costco has travel offers on vacations all over the world and cruises, they have optical, pharmacy, tire center and more! Don't forget about the food court, for a great pizza or yummy hot dog for they cut you a break after spending all the cash because we needed all the things lol Another thing I personally appreciate about Costco is all the amazing organic selection they have! I also love all the deals on dog toys and pet fresh! They sale beer and wine inside the Costco and liquor next door, don't forget to check out the bakery section, and you can also purchase frozen boxes of cookies , bagels and croissants. Lately this location has been very crowded , so be mentally prepared to shop, I wish and I have suggested putting a limit on items because people tend to panic , specially during this time of the year. Costco warehouse is located off Arbrook road in Arlington, Texas, serving the Tarrant County community with wholesale bulk food items and much more! This location is great and has everything you can think of and can be busy on the weekends. We always go on Sundays, and the sample game is on point with the workers happily offering you samples of the products. Each month, they have deals on select items, and sometimes the deals are too good to be true. The tire shop on-site provides excellent service with great savings on brand new tires to always keep you safe on the streets. If you haven't tried to go to the food court, I don't know what you are waiting for! They have some of the best prices and food quality you can get for your money. They sell everything from the infamous Costco Pizza to hot dogs, chicken bakes, churros, and many more. They have a nice condiment setup for the dogs with fresh chopped onions, ketchup, mustard, relish, and fountain drinks as well. Although inside this particular Costco, they do not have a license to sell liquor but there is a small store right next door who is not affiliated with Costco but sells liquor. However, inside Costco, you can find your typical beer and wine selection that is available for purchase. Overall, this Costco location is hands down the best for people who like to stock up on candy, snacks, and drinks! The customer service is on point, and it isn't usually crowded like the other Costco's in the area. I enjoy coming to Costco and using the credit card with the additional benefits of 4% on gas, 3% travel, and 2% on Costco, and 1% anywhere. They end up saving the cash back rewards until the end of the year, and you will get a digital check in your email where you can redeem your rewards at a local Costco. So basically, the annual membership pays for itself. I just got a membership at Costco. I need hearing aids so that's why I joined again. Ill use it and then not sure Ill be back. The lady named Lucy was at the membership counter and maybe it was a bad day for her or something but no smile, no kindness and kind of irritated as I showed her my Groupon. Maybe it was the Groupon, Im not sure but I felt frustrated and when it was time to take the picture they were out of film. Ill have to take more time to go over to that counter and wait in line again. it was very crowded in there at 1;30 pm on a Monday. The parking lot was full and the gas station was full. There is no world where I believed that I could walk into a business, fill out a form requesting a cake, drop it in a slot, and then just show up on the date listed on the form, but that is exactly what happened. I'm not even a worrier, but the stakes were high, as it was my partners graduation cake, but when I called to ask they said, "If you put the paper in the slot, the cake will be ready!" Initially, I wanted cupcakes, but they don't offer custom cupcakes. That's okay, though, because the cake was affordable and great! Also, you can't call the order in - you must appear in store and fill out the form. Just reviewing my experience with the foodcourt Comparing to Dallas foodcourt (lunch time) Arlington foodcourt deliberately will delay your pizza if you haven't called ahead. Whoever the guy inside who is making the call called 45 mins time to people who ordered whole pizza and also called a number that they will " never "serve. Their food court is awesome, but you DO need a membership to get to the food court. Tire center- Typically only 1 person in the front if it isn't busy. I always liked Costco but got hooked when I returned 4+ year old auto battery. I expected to get a core charge and 1-2 months prorated service left credited and instead got a brand new battery at no charge. They informed me the new battery is prorated from the start so the warranty will not be the same but that is some incredible service. I'm actually kind of excited about visiting the Shanghai Costco next time I'm in China. I understand it serves seafood and Hawaiian pizza in the food court. We have a service dog for my daughter who has a disability. Not only did one of the employees break the law by asking me what service he did but as I was walking threw the door to speak with someone about my card he YELLED in front of everyone that I had a dog, as if I had a gun and was going to kill someone. So not only did he break the law he publicly humiliated me and my family in front of several customers as if I don't pay to shop here! I don't plan on renewing my membership and I'm still thinking about canceling it because of how poorly I was treated. When this first opened, it was great. But over the years, there have been numerous issues with this location first of all it's the worst pharmacy of any Costco. The pharmacy staff are rude. They announce all of your private information which is against the law to anybody within hearing distance in loud voice. When you return something to the Costco that somebody has left in their cart and did not load into their car and you ask if they don't claim it can you have it? Costco staff takes it instead. Finally twice I have sent family members to Costco to pick up things for me because I cannot always go due to illness. They took my card. They took my debit and they were not allowed to pick up things for me. I never have this issue at Sam's Club but Costco acts like it's privileged And some of the staff are really nice but some of them should've been retired a while ago (especially the staff who claim things that are members personsl items (I will never turn in an item I find in a cart again)! Of note numerous people in the area have indicated that there is a real lack of security in the parking lot because their cars have been broken into when they go into Costco especially if they've come from a bank recently they get followed to the parking lot their cars get broken into and things are stolen out of it . read more

The store is well stocked and the employees are courteous. The ladies at the checkout have been a little excessive, freaking out if you get one step less than 6 feet away from the person in front of you when you're trying to check out, even if you both have masks on, even if you know each other! To top that off, the lady who was helping at the front and taking things out of my cart and then helping to put them back into the cart clearly did not speak very good English and even though I asked her not to put heavy things on top of some of my other things, like strawberries, she did not listen. This made me very angry and when I tried to say something to the front and manager about it, it was clear that she did not care. read more

There's just so much you can see here, for so little price. I discovered Costco the other day (wow, get with the program, Anh!) after looking for a Sam's Club, and my friends enlightened me to this warehouse full of STUFF. So much so, that there's so many cheap wholesale prices for everything you ever need. I noticed that they had a great selection of foods (snacks, fruit, frozen foods, cooking essentials, and more) as well as electronics (TVs, laptops, other gadgets) and even camping/recreation things for so inexpensive, I couldn't believe my eyeballs. I will come back here when I can afford a $500 kayak, or a $650 stand up paddle board. And a fully decked-out tent for $100? WOW. They were quite lacking when it came to clothes for women, as this is not a main caveat that Costco features in, which is totally A-OK. But the cool thing was, I got a pair of very comfortable sandals (Birkenstock ripoffs) for $14, and I wear them constantly, which is a really great sign. I think I'm going to return soon and get more, in different colors. So cute, and feels like I'm walking on clouds. On another note, the variety of Costco items is very sparse, as I was looking for a smaller white board, when they only had the 36x24" boards, which I ended up getting, for only $20. Wowzers cheap. That huge board will take me through undergrad and medical school for sure. I might just get some more of 'em while I can! So, I found out how awesome Costco is on another level when it comes to the food court. Alas, this food court has almost everything a muncher needs. My bf and I was craving some snacky foods so we shared the BBQ brisket burger and the Mocha/Latte freeze (with chocolate). Omg was I impressed! Cheap good eats are never a loss in my book. Thanks to his suggestion, we'll be trying out more foods here in the future visits haha. Definitely come by here/sign up for the Costco card if you can, it's SO WORTH IT. Costco, the king of bulk goods. Seriously, if you're the type of person to pound mounds of meat into your stomach this is the place to buy quality meat/veggies at a decently low price. I go here to shop for all my meat. This Costco is usually really good for samples. They often have a ton of stations out with decent samples. Now to the food court. Hands down, if you come to shop you should definitely eat here as well. Where else can you find a meal for sub $5?! It's absolutely insane. I love their berry smoothie and always get the hot dog. I have been going to Costco for years! Saturday we decide to go, of course it's packed. But as usual I go to self checkout .. and let me just say one f the WORST experiences I have ever had there! I start checking out and immediately a man starts telling me how to check out, what I'm doing wrong, what I need to do differently! Then he backs off because I am getting a tad frustrated with all his directions, then another lady shows up because he backs off, she is 10 times worse than the man! She starts counting my items that I checked out! Then a mgr comes up and says is everything okay at this point I have 2 kids getting with me that are getting frustrated because it's taking so long to check out because now I have had 4 people come to SELF CHECKOUT to talk to me! Like they literally made me feel like a criminal like I wasn't checking out part of my items and I was doing everything wrong!! It was the worst experience I have ever had at Costco, very Sad I just renewed my membership!!! Do better Costco with how you treat your customers! We decided to try the self checkout on a full cart because the only two cashiers they had available had about 10 to 15 people in line. This process has too many rules, male employee came over when the register started beeping over an item I'd placed in the checkout table that didn't scan correctly, was talked to in a condescending tone that I did things wrong, has to rescan items, my husband went to get boxes and he was also talked down to not put items in the box until they were paid for. We continued scanning items and again the register had a problem a nice lady employee was kind enough to lead us through this annoying process. Now I see why people are willing to wait in long lines. We will not be using the self checkouts again. Company needs to rehire the cashiers they had in place. read more

We love going up and down the aisles, especially the food ones, to see all the new and interesting products. We swear on their meats, especially the steaks, delicious. Costco is the IKEA of grocery shopping in terms of relative size. It's not just an errand; it's an experience! Unlike that big furniture store, however, Costco has quality products and free samples. It's a members-only warehouse of bulk foods and home goods where you can find everything from frozen foods to Frozen books, trash cans to canned foods, and a small selection of furniture for almost every room between your front door to the back patio. I love it all but it DOES get crowded on weekends by the accompanying broods that led to bulk buying. Don't try to go in without a cart because chances are, you'll find something you want/need on the way to grab "just that one item." A few of my favorite and regular purchases from Costco: LED stud finder with built-in leveler (~$33!), chicken salad (priced per lb) plus a pack of croissants, frozen salmon, and queen foam mattress (affordable with all the benefits of foam). On top of all that, they have a really generous return policy that's not to be abused if it is to stay that way. read more
