Of all the Los Angeles area Costcos, this is usually my favorite one to go to. They are all a clusterF and you just have to go in breathing and ready to face seas of humans walking aimlessly and randomly halting, trying to keep yourself from running into anyone else. Weekends are obviously the worst so I try to go on weekdays when I can. That being said, I find this location has a bigger parking lot than others so I can park far away from the madness usually. There are also tons of other stores and food places nearby so you can get a few errands done at one. If you like CostCo food court food, they have a nice outdoor area at this location for dining. You order at a kiosk first and THEN get in line to grab your food with your receipt in hand. This was a bit confusing for me my first time, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy peasy. I love CostCo hot dogs and will never tire of the $1.50 hot dog & drink deal. A new food item to Cali (as of July 11) I tried yesterday were the Chicken Tenders for $6.99! They were delicious, huge and a good deal though I didn't love the honey mustard-ish sauce that came with them, while appreciating it was a huge portion. The five pieces are baked, not fried, clocking in at 1640 calories if you eat them all. I particularly like the Pharmacy at this location! Staff is always super nice there, I get all my meds here. Just like any other Costco always super busy at any time. This one seems to have more limited demo but do have stuffs I cannot find in most other Costco, such as the Kirkland matcha powder. Servers are all helpful and friendly and as always great value for money. Unfortunately, this warehouse doesn't have any gas stop. read more

On Thursday June 18th, 2026, I visited Costco warehouse in Los Feliz it probably was my 3rd time there. I had a horrible experience to make the story short I was with my 18 year old daughter and my 6 year old daughter we were existing I see this 2 workers a Hispanic and an African American checking the receipts, hence I go to Costco in Hawthorn CA may be 3 times a month, I've never encountered a problem when asking they mark the receipt I always ask "can you please mark the receipt small" they always say yes or politely no, And it's ok as long as they are polite. So this Hispanic lady said not I need to market I said "ok but can you please do it small " she purposely made two huge lines on the receipt, at this I said you are rude I never raised my voice She said "what you say" "I told her you are rude" She then called me a "Bitch" As I was walking out my 6 year old daughter says "Mom the lady called you a bad word" I kept walking as I looked back she looked at me and called me a " Bitch" for the second time. I went back and she thought I was coming to fight or something I simply said "I need to speak to your store manager" She was so rude she said "Go on to the other side" Giggling I spoke to a supervisor and a manager who were very polite. I don't think anything happened to her as far as a write or so. I am this point speechless I can imagine if I were to called a customer out of their name at my job I'd been fired. It's unacceptable unprofessional Costco needs to train their employees better. Not sure if I'm the only customer who thinks Costco employees seem to very rude very entitled (some) Costco still exists because of us customers we make groceries restaurants etc stay open because we bring money to their business. 5 pm, Tuesday, April 21, 2026 I parked in my usual spot, no where close to the entrance. I go to the areas where there are lots of parking spaces. I usually come to this location when I run out of Kirkland Signature Greek yogurt. I also look for deals while getting pantry staples or other items. I'm on the look out for car detailing items. Like always, Costco's food court truly came in clutch for lunch We grabbed a Cold Brew Caramel Freeze, a soda, a Chicken Bake, a hot dog, and the Hot Turkey & Provolone Sandwich. And all for under $20! It was also nice that the lines weren't too long, and everything came out pretty fast. read more

They're mean and they are blah blah blah blah blah. I cannot describe how bad of a customer service we had. I go everywhere I never had no problems with Costco Costco. This is the worst Costco I've never been to. They're not a professional. They're not Costco employees they don't know nothing they need to work and their customer service and they're beautiful relationship with people if I'm a manager of this place I will fire half of the of the team I'm sorry to say that I would never go back over there. I went to this Costco today and I think I need therapy. Let me just say I am a Costco fan. I love Costco. I've spent more money there than I care to admit. But this location made me question every life choice that led me to this parking lot. First of all the parking is pure chaos. You think you're going to pull in and find a spot? Ha. Good luck. You will circle like a shark looking for blood while everyone else drives like they just got their license yesterday. The one-way aisles make no sense and cause traffic jams that could rival rush hour on the 405. I parked a block away and prayed to the universe I would survive the walk. Inside it's worse. You step in and you're basically in a human sardine can. People are elbowing each other over carts like it's a Hunger Games audition. The compact layout makes every aisle feel like a nightmare maze where everyone is rude and entitled. People will stand in front of displays like they own the place and glare at you for daring to breathe. I spent ten minutes trying to grab something and ended up questioning if I had entered an alternate universe where manners no longer exist. The registers are chaos too. Items piled high, people losing their minds, and you are praying the cashier can keep up while your shopping cart teeters on the edge of collapse. The one saving grace is the food court outside. You can eat in the sun and reflect on your life choices while sipping a $1 soda that is somehow the highlight of the day. I must add that I did come here because I thought the selection would be a little bit. Nice change, but it wasn't any better very typical. Honestly this experience made me miss other Costcos I usually go to. Puente Hills, Azusa, San Dimas, even Monterey Park all feel like luxury resorts in comparison. I still love Costco in theory but this location is a survival challenge that I am not equipped for. I will not be back unless I enjoy self-inflicted torture. read more

Been going here for more than a couple of decades. It's a nice store with many friendly helpful employees, the bad apples don't seem to last, it's not a place to work for everyone, truthfully the clientele there can be a bit much to deal with, a seemingly abundant number of pushy, oblivious to anyone else in the aisles, rude people. It can be worth it to go to another location. Dont get me started on the free sample hog stampede once a microwave is cracked open. Pretty disgusting, if you want to hover in and watch for an eye opener on rude pushy peeps. Aside from that, it's an ok place to go when you know what you need, get it and get out. The parking lot, since closing of "Toys R Us" seems a bit too dark at night, but we are in Spring now and with the time change and staying light longer it's not so bad. Their prices are almost always better than anywhere else on most things, we also like their tire dept and have used them a few times. I had a return today and the cashier who helped me was quite nice and efficient. I'm sorry I don't have her name, it may be on my receipt, yes "Suleyma", very helpful and pleasant! I've been wanting to be a card carrying Costco member for quite some time and today I made it happen. Yes, I know you can go online and make it happen but I wanted to go in person. Approaching the store I thought it was mellow but the closer I got the busier it was. People coming out of the store pushing huge shopping carts, a line of people in the foodcourt having a great time. I went into the entrance and asked where to become a member. The greeter was very nice and knowledgeable. Pointed me in the right direction to go and stand in line. The registration area was filled with people getting their cards. I was called up. Let the person I wanted a Gold Star membership card. She helped me get started. And was surprised that I already had started by creating a non-member Costco registration on the website. In order to become a member you need valid identification and a debit (or credit) card on file. You can let them know that you want to pay in cash or card for the membership. After all of my information was entered...I went to a cool little area to get a photo taken for my physical Costco card. After the photo a machine printed out my membership card right then and there! I strolled back to the entrance and scanned my new card and got ready to explore the store! People everywhere, products everywhere and there were people giving out food samples. I had a delicious spicy buffalo sauce potato chips. There was a hot food sampling happening near the frozen foods area that had a line of people waiting. I roamed around and saw products for the home, fashionable hoodies, pants and shirts. The food and beverage selections are amazing! I got a few things and the checkout workers are so fast and efficient. Such a great first time at this Costco! I'm coming back more often! read more

And I had placed it right next to where I found it, so I honestly don't understand the need to insist that I put it back on the exact spot myself. So my family have been shopping at this costco location for about 10+ years now, im mainly leaving a review now becauase I wanted to share my family's recent experience with the annual 2% cash back checks, my parents had mention starting at 2020 the cash back checks werent arriving at our address and they just assumed it was late and they now decided to tell me this about last week. We made a trip to this location so that we can talk to customer serivce and see what happened. We were told that the checks were used at this location but to my parents knowledge they have not recieved or used any checks for the past 6 years. So Costco is telling us the checks they sent to us are being used, but we are not recieiving them and havent cashed one for the past 6 years. So im not sure whats happening maybe this is also happening to others and there might be like a secret scam going on here or an employee is exploiting a system to cash in customers cash back. Address and everything on our account was correct. In general this costco location is a nice place to shop at but learning that costco is telling us the cash back checks are being mailed out and being used while to our knowledge we never got any and havent used any is pretty crazy. Something odd is going on here.. We just asked to confirm our address a few more times and hope that our next cash back check arrives. But yeah just wanted to share this story and maybe if its happening to others too someone can look more into this and find a reason why this was/is happening. read more

Due to the egg shortage , I had never come to Costco in the morning, since it was a beautiful Saturday morning, we said let's get Costco out of the way and go early. OMG we didn't know what was happening and why the line was around the parking lot. Costco administration & Staff everyone handled it like a BOSS WOW AMAZING AND SO ORGANIZED, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SO PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL. I'm just here because this one's closest to me and I lost my card. Of course I end up at the one location with no gas. There's already no parking at basically any Costco and now y'all won't let me get gas either dang. This location is more crowded than the typical crowded but I got thru without taking too long. False advertising on the drinks! I know I know, free refills, but 16oz looks different than 20oz. Cutting back on costs. It's still 69 cents so not actually complaining. Just can't get that extra 4oz to go. And these cookies are huge. It says is made with all butter. It looks like one big smashed sphere of butter to me so I'll take their word for it. Costco food courts insane. Insanely busy and insane calories. Also still pretty insanely cheap. Still need to get gas tho. Shame. Next closest one is Culver City or something. read more

We've had enough. We've switched our prescriptions and patronage to another Costco. It's very sad to change pharmacies, because we love the familiar faces at this one. Personally, I've only witnessed the associates at the entrance having a disturbingly inappropriate conversation as we walked in, and that was enough to have my senses heightened every time we shop here and the same employee is repeatedly working the same spot. This employee does not seem to be exhibiting FOH uniform nor manners. It always feels like they are filling in for someone else. I wish I had written down what I overheard him saying once, because I have thick skin. Whatever he said was truly inappropriate to have caught my attention. He upset another shopper recently and that's why we've had enough. We have to walk by him way too often. We are done. It's severely awkward and unpleasant. Generally, the main issues we've been concerned with are the front entrance employees as well as the electric carts. One time, we discovered a man had been waiting for an electric cart for 45 minutes. The parking lot has ample handicapped parking, but there is always a crowded wait. The demand is higher than the supply, so this tends to foreshadow the difficulty to obtain a cart. Meanwhile, other shoppers can park as far out as they need and find a regular cart on the walk in, so they do so in droves, of course. It just doesn't seem like the supervisors at this location are respectful of customers that deal with the electric cart issue. Has it been passed along? Why is the door staff disrespecting shoppers while on the floor? Shameful. Leave that talk for the break room if that's the company culture being fostered here. Why in the world would you have a foul humored employee at the front entrance? Utterly bizarre. Who made that decision? We've had enough. I'm sure it pleases him to know that his attitude succeeded in upsetting someone while he knows his job is protected by the supervisors that continue to fail at assessing his qualifications and fail at soft skills themselves. The store's issues are known by its staff, and they'd rather play the "that customer is a nuisance" card. There's nothing too special about the inventory selection and value at this location. They don't carry cases of our favorite energy drinks either, which would've been helpful. read more

DELIBERATE OR UNINTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION? Having been disabled following a stroke and major surgery. I bought a TV from Costco. Paid extra for installation. Turns out their installation is taking the tv out of the box and setting it up on a table. That's it! That limitation appeared nowhere in their ad. At least I had the good sense to print and save their ad. Even so, their installers (same as their delivery guys) dropped the still sealed box in the house and left. Now, they're willing to refund the installation fee leaving me to hire someone else to install the TV. Well, thanks Costco. So, what do you think? Not the best Costco location in the valley, but certainly not the worst. Upfront, the worst things about this Costco or it's poorly laid out parking lot (which is shared), no Costco gas at this location (unless I'm totally oblivious), and the poor layout for the checkout area. Other than that, there are some nice things about this Costco. The layout of the store itself is pretty nice, although the aisles seem a little narrower than some of the other locations. This location also seems to be busier than some of the other valley locations. Which is annoying, we always try to go to Costco on a Tuesday or a Wednesday morning, and when we end up at this Costco it's still seems really busy. I would hate to go here on a Sunday afternoon. So, if this is the closest Costco to you, I would still maybe recommend trying the Burbank location. But, if this is the one you're stuck with I'm sorry. If you have a choice I would definitely go to a different location in the valley. read more

Good selection of quantity food products with a big discount. Great value for your money. Long lines but they move pretty quickly. Lots of parking but can be frustrating when crowded. I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated during our visit today. The employee at the entrance asked what kind of service my dog provides which they don't have right to ask. Even the manager later acknowledged they do not have the right to question customers who has service dogs what kind of service pets provide. The tone was rude and dismissive. Because of this treatment, my mom, who has a disability, felt very upset and physically unwell afterward -- not just embarrassed, but truly affected by the stress of how we were treated. Policies can be enforced respectfully, but this situation was handled without courtesy or sensitivity. I hope management improves staff training and professionalism. read more

Now that I've been a Costco member for a minute I can definitely say that this location is just OK. This is the location where I signed up. It was panic busy on the day I signed up and it's been very busy anytime I've have visited since. The folks at the customer service desk we're working as fast as they can and they were very nice. And this location is fine in terms of the selection of merchandise and having the typical items that a warehouse will have. HOWEVER it's really frustrating that a Costco located in mainland Los Angeles wouldn't have a gas station. There seems to be plenty of space? And now I've discovered some Costco's even have car washes. I go to Costco gas more often than I go inside the store so now I don't go to this location very often even though technically it's the closest to me. But I prioritize going to locations that have gas. read more

My husband and I had a very bad experience at checkout with a young cashier named Shantelle (or something similar, "Shel..."), a young Hispanic woman with long hair. She was working alongside another young lady. Her line was shorter, so we chose to check out with her. From the beginning, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She accused my husband and me of not scanning an item, spoke over the radio, and threw our items around while checking, all based on an assumption. This was very uncomfortable and disrespectful. I understand employees need to do their job and verify items, but there is absolutely no reason to throw customers' belongings or treat them poorly, especially when no mistake was made. When I addressed her behavior, she said she "just wanted to make sure," which does not excuse how she handled the situation. My husband and I have been loyal Costco members for many years, and we have never experienced this level of rudeness or disrespect from an employee before. This interaction was completely unacceptable and left us with a very bad impression. read more
