It said thighs I got a drumstick mixed in.

Probably my last review as I won't renew my membership. I drive the 6 plus miles from city of Riverside this morning and pull into the parking lot and realize it's 9:25 am. I do pause because of the abundance of parking but I see people going in and out so I park and go inside. At the entry machine the card beeped with what had to be an inappropriate tone because the gentle greeter told me I couldn't come in until ten. I didn't have the special pass. Imagine having a business you could restrict your customers by their gold status. Being a boomer I didn't want to 1) sit in the hot parking lot for a half an hour or 2) shop locally and come back and 10. I chose the latter so I didn't waste the trip. Still the audacity to restrict your clientele by their willingness to pay more is pure arrogance. I won't be back.

Food court will be closed for renovations during a six week period

I love Costco. I am biased. I've requested my husband throw me a Costco themed birthday party. If they would hire me, even for a part time, I'd do it for free. That's how much I love Costco. Now, they're not perfect, but I am forgiving. For example, their Greek Yogurt is not always in stock and the renovations at the food court took much longer than they originally stated. Also, there was a phase when the staff working self-checkout were raising their voices in people's face demanding to see their Costco card and checking their photos against it. I get it. Costco became stricter, but the staff could have done a better job with customer service. But I digress. Nearly everything we own comes from Costco. I own 5 dogs and foster 2 for a total of 7 so it's convenient to be able to get a lot of their stuff here in bulk. One of my absolutely favorites is the dehydrated salmon treats they always sell out, but are now being inexplicably removed from shelves. I am devastated. But Costco always has me coming back. I was born and raised in Los Angeles so let me tell you, parking here is incredibly easy in comparison. I've always managed to find a parking spot and a shopping cart at this location. Even when the check out lines are long, we manage to get through fairly quickly.

Mint sundae...10/10 silky smooth.. and just the right crunch of chocolate cookie bits. Service 2/1 I expect it to be quicker especially with self-serve check-out lines. Costco can probably use a better work flow.

Bought some salmon slices to put on my bagels with all the goodie's! The place was crowded but I was in and out real fast!

    Combo calzone
    Alden C.

The costco food court is located inside the building so there isn't too much space to wait in line. Luckily, I grabbed the opportunity at a short line and decided to try their calzone. I was not expecting a hardened cheese layer on top. Too bad it wasn't gooey but the cheese flavor was prominent. The calzone itself wasn't that great and I wouldn't get it again. Stick to the hot dog and chicken bake.

Worst Costco for getting shopping carts. You have to go out and search for them as if we worked here.

We've came here just to introduce friends to the area and then got to listen to bands that we enjoyed, and had some beers on a nice summer night with a cool breeze. They have their own parking lot and so far we've been lucky enough to find a spot, although it can get busy They schedule lots of little swap meet things They play the Dodgers games here They have Karaoke here We got to see a band called the dickies!! Farm House Collective has been open for a little over a year now and I finally made my first visit…read more I wasn't very interested in coming here before because it's in a pretty sketchy area. However, I had friends visiting and met them up here. Surprisingly, it was decent once I pulled into the parking lot - completely different from the sketchy vibes on University. Anyway, the first thing I noticed was how clean it was here. The people that go around cleaning FHC really do a good job. Even the restrooms looked pristine. I do appreciate the dual faucet and dryer at the sink. Farm House Collective offers a handful of counter-style restaurants, similar to what you'd find in an indoor food hall. Places I tried during this visit were: The Taco Stand, Sarap Social, and Benedetto Gelato. They also had a stage with a large screen that showed music videos. I'm assuming they have live bands that play here on certain days. The music video that was played was techno, which probably didn't match the vibe. It's summer so they should play some island reggae or chill country songs IMO. It's still nice with music regardless the genre. They have plenty of tables and seating styles scattered around and they have the grassy area in front of the stage. I suppose you can take a picnic mat or blanket out there to sit. Overall, this is a decent spot that's great for groups because there's a variety of food vendors to choose from. Note: it's summer and there were mosquitos - wear bug repellent and sunscreen. There's no breeze coming through here. I'd love to come back and try the other businesses here.

My spouse and I ordered large Philly cheesesteak combos because this used to be one of the few places in the mall we actually enjoyed eating at. Unfortunately, the experience this time was terrible. When we received our food, both sandwiches had a very small amount of steak for the price we paid. The sandwiches were mostly bread with very little meat inside, which honestly did not feel worth the nearly $18, EACH, combo price. I politely approached the employee who took our order, Marrie Torres, and asked if there was any way to either remake the sandwich or simply add a little more protein. Instead of trying to help or showing any understanding, she immediately became rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. She repeatedly stated that "that's all they could do" and acted like I was wrong for even asking. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed that she was the manager on site, but honestly she did not act professionally or handle the situation the way a manager should. Her attitude, sarcasm, and unwillingness to properly resolve the issue made it very hard to believe she was actually management. Since both sandwiches were disappointing, we asked for a refund. At first, she claimed they do not give refunds at all. Then she walked to the back, made a phone call on her personal cell phone, and suddenly returned saying she could process the refund after all. The entire interaction felt extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. Another issue was that neither employee working had visible name tags. When I asked for her name, she acted irritated and said she does not give out her name "for safety reasons," which was a dumb response on her end because I then, carefully reviewed the receipt and it happen to have her full name on there. This just made the situation even more uncomfortable. To make things worse, even the receipt they provided looked faded, blurry, and difficult to read, which added to the overall rundown feeling of the location. Sadly, the restaurant itself already looks poorly maintained and nearly empty most of the time, and after this experience, it is not hard to understand why. We eventually received the refund, but the attitude, sarcasm, lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and overall customer service completely ruined the experience. This used to be a place we liked visiting, but after this visit, I honestly do not see myself coming back.
