I rarely go into the gas station, but as I was pumping my gas, and noticed an advertisement on the window, to get a free drink with any gas purchase, just show your receipt. I went inside to ask the cashier if I could show it on my phone, since I paid through the app, and the pump doesn't give a receipt. I asked him what do I get, and he told me, "Any fountain drink, in a 30 oz cup". I tried the Sweet Melon Fresca, which was delicious. My tire was low on air so I stopped here to use their air. They turned it on and my tire blew up in my face. Paramedics came and my car was disabled and the tire wouldn't hold air. I let the paramedics go Bc my husband showed up and he was gonna take me to the hospital. We went into notify the store what had taken place and they said my car had to be outta there within 30 min and the police were on the way. So now instead of going to the hospital I'm sitting here talking to police waiting fir a tow truck. I drive a 2018 Mercedes and my husband has a 2020 dodge truck, and the employees told the police we were drug addicts who were trespassing. My husband is a drug and alcohol councilor in Orange County at the top ten rehabilitation centers in the whole United States and I am a nurse at a local hospital. I'm am appalled at the rudeness from these employees, he even had the audacity to call me a bitch as he walked into his store. Mind u my face is swollen with makeup running down it Bc I've been in tears this past hour. Oh and I have only been at this location in the amount of time for 911 to get here which was fast and then 49 min to wait for a tow truck. read more

Normally I would give them top marks! The staff is friendly and wonderful at helping. The reason for the low mark is that almost no staff wear masks! They have been spoken to by the health department and are choosing to ignore it. There is also no hand sanitizer for customers and the staff are sometimes eating at the counter. Their station is near a freeway offramp and the risk of Covid is serious. read more

Not sure when the young African American male was hired, but he is a total sweetheart.. My mom came into town and stopped by your station and he was an absolute wonder... my mom speaks mostly Spanish not so fluent in English, and he was patient in terms of using the Spanish knowledge he did have to help her the best he could.. she really just needed directions To the nearest stater bros and he even filled her tire with air. I myself have gone into this location a few times at night and he's really sweet.. acknowledges customer concerns and work quickly and efficiently. I'm pretty sure he's new, for ive never seen him before but I wanna say his name is Brandon ( if I remember correctly, that's the one where his name tags always upside down lol) Keep him around. I drove into this gas station, I put over $50 of gas in my car, by debit, decided to get a couple of lottery tickets, no cash, pulled out my debit card and requested the lottery tickets, she said I have to buy something to use the debit card to buy lottery tickets, this is the first gas station in Riverside that I have patronized that required that and I did buy something buy debit, the gas at the pump. It seems like a way to scam customers into buying something that they didn't need, just to buy lottery tickets. Will think more about getting gas at the Chevron or USA or Arco, they are more customer friendly. read more
