Once she got home, she realized that the headlight was never replaced but charged $130. She had to drive back to the store to ask for her money back when they never had the part available to begin with but still charged her for it. Experience: overall my experience as positive. I came to get new tires on my truck and they gave me really competitive pricing and able to do the install same day. My issue is when i received the call that my car was done - they scratched the rims on my truck during the install. I had gotten my oil changed at a Tustin Jiffy Lube 2 weeks ago - the past 2 days there was a burning smell and the last day I was getting low oil pressure alerts. Turns out a defective oil filter was causing oil to leak all over my engine =/ I knew that whatever was causing the burning and how to fix it might be out of their control, but JR was upfront with me before, during, and after to help me figure it out. What a relief! At checkout he gave me a heads up about residual burning of oil remaining on the engine, so I would know to expect a smell still, and to maybe consider finding someone who could clean up the engine. Very appreciative of how they were willing to try to find the problem, fix it, and how they kept me informed and answered my questions.
