She practically wrote the severance package document herself after it was evident that the in-house attorney at the firm googled what goes into a severance deal. Losing a job after 42 years in the engineering community while close to retirement as one begins a journey of cancer treatment is the worst! Shame on that firm that goes by three initials. No decency.
