On the day of the appointment, I struggled finding the location. I tried calling the office to ask for landmarks near the office, but I couldn't get in contact with anyone. Once we made it to the front desk, the receptionist didn't even acknowledge us. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to check us in for the appointment. One of the staff members finally came over and gave me a packet of paperwork to fill out. After completing the packet, the woman informed me that we couldn't be seen by the doctor today. She said we were late for the appointment, the doctor didn't have the time to see us and we needed to reschedule the appointment (Side Note: The waiting room was empty). I informed her of the trouble we experienced finding the location and that it took us two months to get this appointment. We were new patients visiting this facility, I expected more understanding and professionalism from the staff. Although we were six minutes late, typically doctor's appointments provide a 15 minute grace period. If they didn't abide by that policy, then they should have made that known upon booking the appointment. If I was given that information, I would have turned the car around or tried to leave a voicemail. The staff was rude and nonchalant about our time and efforts to attend the appointment. I chose NOT to reschedule the appointment because I decided to take my business elsewhere. I did not feel comfortable letting them perform any care on my two-year-old son. There are more ear, throat and nose specialists that can provide a better experience. Food for thought, make sure that your receptionists and staff members are professional, polite and know how to conduct themselves in a business environment (they were talking about patients behind the counter and using profanity). I watched the same staff member be rude to another elderly woman with a hearing aid. She was dismissive of her concerns and lacked compassion for her situation. At that moment, I should left when I saw how she treated that woman. It was unacceptable behavior and I would not recommend them.

I am not sure what the protocol is in Georgia is, but in most other states I lived in, this is a patient right and they need to make this clear. However, I do like that the staff took this feedback seriously and seemed to take immediate action. Otherwise, the staff were overall friendly (especially the sonographers & technicians) and each test was as pleasant as it could be! Do know that while the practice sounds like it might be accomodating to Korean speaking patients, it might be more attributable for certain offices, and less likely of this Tucker office. Also, make sure also to ask for a copy of your medical records when possible, it was nearly impossible to have the records sent to our PCP. P.S. Only tip is - don't be swept up in the moment like us and forget that some of these tests could be done with your PCP, if you have an insurance plan that pays differently depending on where you have certain labs/ diagnostic testing done!

On this last visit the end of September the PA ordered an "At home" test, which I completed a few day from my visit. Since I had not been notified of the result and nothing showed up on the portal, I started trying to find out the results over a period of weeks. Today (11/17/25) I called the number that you would call to schedule and appointment. And was able to speak with someone as no one answered the other numbers. They just went to VM. Due to the time that had past I requested a call back from Dr Dorsey, not the PA that ordered the test. I did receive a call back, but not from Dr. Dorsey. This person told me that they had not been able to get in touch with me with the results. I find that odd and do not believe this as no one including Dr. Dorsey has had any trouble reaching me since my first visits back in 2019. And the portal information is correct. I also fine it odd that on their portal website, there is nothing about the test or results like there is for other test that I have had at the office. I hate it, but due to this I'm moving on from Dr. Dorsey's office.

I was a patient of Dr. Fletcher for probably half a year or so back in 2022 or 2023 maybe. I was…read morereferred by my dentist to him. He performed a second sinus surgery he said I needed to have. He was not knowledgeable about what was going on with my sinuses, the sinus disease, and why I was having the issues I was having. It took me going to another wonderful ENT in Conyers to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. The surgery Fletcher performed which was done at the awful Wellstar and that was a mess on it's on. Anyway Fletcher did not take any samples from my sinuses to have them sent off, cultured, and get a proper diagnosis. In his words he didn't feel I needed that. I don't even know what he diagnosed me with to be honest. I honestly can't remember what he did, I know he shaved something down, supposedly cleaned my sinuses, but I only got relief for a month and then started back having issues. He wanted to perform another surgery but this time in his office. He'd have an anesthesiologist come in. That didn't sound right to me so I immediately looked for a different ENT. His bedside manners aren't the greatest and he seems so aloof, awkward, doesn't explain things well, doesn't make eye contact, etc etc. When I had questions about the third surgery he wanted to perform he stood up against the wall, looking up and down at the floor, while talking to me. That turned me off and was the nail in the coffin to find a different doctor. I don't know why some of these people become doctors with the terrible bedside manners they have. The new doctor I see is very kind, nice, takes the time to explain things and stays on top my case. I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and was told there is a particular fungus that is in Alabama and Georgia that I am allergic to and that is what is causing all of these issues. I was put on Montelukast, fluticasone, and Azelastine. I also take Allegra and Zyrtec. Under the new doctor I had to have surgery twice but was provided with better and long term relief. He thoroughly cleaned out my sinuses, took samples, and opened them up more. He also explained that these issues won't go away until I move out of Georgia which we are doing in a couple of months. The new doctor actually took samples from my sinuses and sent them off for culture. Something Fletcher refused to do. Staff was ok and the young woman that works the front desk named Zurry (probably not spelling her name right) is such a pleasure to speak with, is wonderful, and sweet. This is a black owned and operated office which means absolutely nothing and from my experience in Georgia I've gotten worse care by black doctors and their staff. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I think he specializes more in cosmetic facial and sinus surgery because on the medical side he seemed very lazy and not knowledgeable when it came to my issues and barely did the bare minimum when he had to do surgeries.
